Hotel location was great. Most of the front desk staff were so rude and not at all accommodating upon our arrival, during the visit and upon leaving. The concierge was wonderful but I took the time to write this review for Eduardo from the pool, lunch and beach services. He made the trip. We stayed at the pool area longer than normal because of his hospitality, great service and unwavering dedication to the guests. No matter how busy the pool was people around us were also getting drinks and food in a timely manner. Thank you so much Eduardo. You alone get 5 stars

Gorgeous, gorgeous view of playa Medano and los Arcos! Top class amenities such as the spa and gym, and the pools. Step down to the beach and you got this million dollar view right in front of you. The restaurants and bars are expensive so if you are tight on a budget, recommend get some drinks in your room first!

Went for a presentation with Angel Wong and Hanna, just the 2 best and reliable people in Cabo! I’ve been to many presentations and bought many other timeshares and everyone has just treated us with a customer and business relationship. Not these two! Angel went above and beyond to show us that we are now part of the family! He showed us Villa de Valencia the new property they are building and offered to take us home to our hotel. We will no longer go to Cabo just to visit, we will go to Cabo just to visit Angel and Hanna! Thank you guys so much!!

Great place for family vacation. We were lucky to visit during last week of August, hotel was not busy and weather was pefect. Awesome food in all restaurants (we had all inclusive package), great staff, spacious rooms. Ocean was calm, tours were not expensive, Los Cabo clean and friendly. We were lucky to meet few really awesome people vacationing in the hotel, hope to visit Cabo again.

The only minor complain - we enjoyed volleyball few times but game was ended by entertainment staff after an hour. Would rather let guests to continue to play if pools are not busy instead of drinking and eating.

Advice: try water activities - e.g finishing (it is cheaper compare to Hawaii), Jet skiing (cheaper compare to Cancun and Hawaii), rent a car instead of taxi (not expensive vs use of taxi in/out to airport). Watch for boat vendors - may worth to pay few more dollars to get a nicer boat to see an arch/snorkelling.

It’s difficult for me to write this review as I look at it in 2 ways and I would likely rate it a 3.5-4. I will start with the wedding. It was absolutely amazing. The salon was beautiful for pictures and they accommodated us with whatever we needed. They gave the groom another room to get ready in for pictures and so we didn’t see each other beforehand. The locations which they provide for the ceremony and receptions were breath taking and they always had a backup plan. We had to move the ceremony location 3x as the waves were coming up very high on the beach. The staff was very helpful and I am thankful to have worked with them to make my day a dream come true. Our dinner was delicious and the chef even came out to shake our hands and check in with all the guests which was a nice touch. They made us signature drinks and adjusted them to way we wanted. Everything was absolutely perfect! The guests loved their rooms as they were spacious and most had ocean views. My only negative review for the wedding is that I had welcome bags to go out when I arrived and the guests did not get the bags until Saturday night or a few even after the wedding on Sunday. I had an itinerary in the bags and with limited service, it made it difficult to reach our guests.

Now our stay as a guest. First, WiFi is $10 a day and cell phone service sucks if you decide not to get the WiFi. This made it difficult for us to get in touch with friends and family who were also staying at the resort. The mini bar is also not included in the all inclusive plan. The restaurants were all very nice, staff is friendly, food was very good. Best food was at Neptune by far. We ate with a large group and service was painfully slow but it was totally worth it. Only annoying part of the restaurants was every time you went, they gave you a receipt so you could leave a tip. At first it was confusing because it is all in pesos but there is a line that converts it to US dollars. 3% tip is already included which is in the fine print on one of the sheets they give you explaining all the restaurants at check in. Room service is only open until 1030pm or you have to pay for a delivery fee. They also limit how much you order depending on how many people you have staying in your room. Our room was great with an amazing view and huge patios! The pools were beautiful but by the end of the day, there became a film of suntan lotion and bugs floating around. The staff serves the pool area very well always taking orders for food and drinks. But don’t forget to sign the receipt or they will come find you in your room. Coming in September was really nice as the resort is not very busy so it kept things quiet and lots of chairs available around the pool.

Overall, I am so happy we chose Villa del Arco as our wedding resort and able to show all of our friends the amazing beauty of Cabo San Lucas.
