We choose this hotel for the location and it didn't dissapoint! Right on the marina just steps away to everything. Our room was on the 6th floor with a great view of the marina and pool. It had a king size bed with a small kitchenette outfitted with some basic dishes that you might need if you didn't do the all inclusive. We chose the all inclusive that gave access to 6 different restaurants located right outside on the marina. Our favorites were Jacks steakhouse and baha lobster.Besides the pool bar, there's 2 others, a lobby bar and a sky bar. Unfortunately, the sky bar was closed the whole week we were there due to the rains, so I can't comment on the service there, but the others were good.Overall, we enjoyed our week here. The service was good, the staff was friendly and everything was very clean and well kept.Only thing we didn't like was that housekeeping was always trying to clean the room early and we liked to sleep in a bit and enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony before we went for breakfast. Other than that it was good.

This is a great hotel if you want to be close to the marina. We walked to our boats each day to fish. Great restaurants in easy walking distance. Pools are not huge but nice enough with a swim up bar.

Room tip: Suites are worth the money to upgrade if you are going to cook.

Second visit to Cabo and found this resort in the Marina. Absolutely loved it. Modern clean rooms, very comfy beds. Close to bars, shopping, restaurants. Everything within in walking distance. Medano beach is a three minute walk. The hotel has a great pool with swim up bar. The only negative about location is being harassed all the time by locals selling stuff when walking the Marina. If you sit at restaurants outside, they approach you too. If you don't like it I suggest a resort in San Jose del Cabo. However There is nobody bothering you on the resort property.
We did not do all inclusive and had no regrets! I never drink or eat $120 a day. We also had our own vodka in the room.
Sept is the hottest month, like 100 degrees. It's also very slow tourism so you can stay very inexpensively. For 3 nights we paid less than $400.
The staff at resort was so so. I call it typical California vibe. Everyone is fluent in English, except housekeeping. But we used Google translate.
The rooms are spacious. We had Jr Suite, with marina view. It had full kitchen. Also room had sofa bed.
Only negative if you slam patio door, it locks! We got locked out while on balcony.
My roommate went over two neighbors balconies to pool to unlock door. So be careful. I would definitely stay here again!
