We got a Marina-view "renewed" room and the view is very very beautiful. The rooms also look updated and the showers are nice.
The issue was the beds are very uncomfortable. They have a plastic beneath some very poor and worn outs sheets that moves with you and makes sleeping extremely uncomfortable.
Also, there was no internet at all, and when we called reception to let them know, the recepcionist's answer was "it works just fine on our computers". We went down to the lobby to try and get better wifi and heard many guests calling to complain about the issue and the whole time we were there we never had wifi.
They have a really nice Beach Club 2 minutes away from the Hotel, a golf cart takes you as the hotel is not beach-front.

Room Tip: Ask for Marina-front view and a renewed room as well.

We enjoyed the location of this very nice hotel and the beautiful views from our balcony. The food in the restaurant was delicious, bar service excellent and entertainment enjoyable. WiFi did not work in the rooms and only so-so in the lobby.

This hotel has a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. the rooms are very comfortable, the food and bar are excellent and service is great. Just wish they had an ATM since they are remote from the city center.

Nice place, very clean, pool was very good and access to restaurants the same. The front desk staff was a little terse/tense, other than that everything good. The views from the marina side are quite good at sunset.

Location and style of this property are probably the best in San Carlos. However, some annoying little things made the stay less than excellent. My room was presentable upon first entry but upon closer inspection, it really needed a thorough dusting. On the second day the towels had been replaced but no wash cloth or bath mat were provided. The sufficient gym is open 24/7.

Room Tip: Marina side
