Doug and Ana and their whole family and all the other workers at the Oso were so friendly and helpful. We were there for Christmas a special treat as we helped give out Christmas gifts and a pinata for about 180 local Raramuri kids that came from all over the canyon area. Its great that we can have such a nice stay in comfy rooms, good food, super atmosphere, plus know that we are supporting a hotel who supports the locals with their scholarship program. I love the popcorn and margaritas around the fire before dinner.
We stayed longer than planned as my husband crashed his drone in the rock face close to the hotel. Hugo and Doug and others helped in every way they could for us to recovery it. Above and beyond service! I loved rappelling with their help.More
