This is the worst and darkest guesthouse we ever stayed. We stayed two nights in this hotel and collected terrible experience. They destroyed our children’s whole vacation. This is a very regular hotel. Location is not bad, it is calm. Near to Inamaluwa lake side. Rooms are dirty some insects are inside. Bathroom floor level higher than Bedroom floor. So, water streams come inside to the room. A lot of frogs are there. Room floor always wets. Bathrooms are very dirty. Water closet is not working properly. Bathroom door can’t lock. At least unable to close. We could not have a proper bath. Very disappointed. Hot water shower is not frequently working. Muddy water coming from tap lines. No rakes or any cloth hanging way. We are using chairs for that. Mosquitos friendly, A/C works, but cannot control the temperature. We complained several times, but the answer is not positive. Always trying to climb. Very corrupt customer service. The manager is a storyteller. Smile face but telling lies. Meals: Dinner – Insufficient and not good. (Price very high) Breakfast - Very good and delicious. (Price OK) Lunch – We didn’t try. Bites: No verities and limited (Egg & potato chips) Bed Tea: Very Bad. Swimming pool: It is not a pool. ha ha…..Just a pond. Lot of frogs are there .
