Paradise on earth behind a wooden gate

Tulum itself is an overly busy place but the moment you enter the grounds of Suenos you feel your shoulders drop, your blood pressure lower and total relaxation commences. We kicked off our shoes and walked barefoot throughout the six days we stayed. The hotel is so beautiful and our room 'Luna' was absolutely stunning. The feeling of the place is so laid-back and rustic and yet the service and amenities are five star. If you desire anything during your stay you just send a WhatsApp and your needs are met (from a green juice on the beach to a thinner blanket on our bed). The staff are wonderful but a special shout out to Joanna, Ivan and Arsenio who looked after us so beautifully. They even have a private car park just opposite the hotel where we could safely leave our hire car for when we needed it. We really felt that so much thought had gone into every detail.

Incredible stay

It was an incredible stay in this hotel! It was like time stopped as you walked through the hotel door. A heaven of peace and good energy. Food was fresh and healthy. Hotel staff was very attentive and kind. Clean, nice and quiet room. Thank you Sueños see you very soon.

Vacation w friends

The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable, food delicious, and staff was wonderful - helpful with both recommendations and reservation assistance. This was a trip with friends - but resort would be great for couples as well. Highly recommend!

Exceeded Expectations!!!

Planned this trip to surprise our son for his 21st Birthday. We had a wonderful stay!! The staff, accommodations and food were excellent. The breakfast, which is included, was a bonus. Safe, clean and delicious!! We will be back. Thank you again for your hospitality!!

Stay at this special place

Suenos 𝕋𝕦𝕝𝕦𝕞 is a special place. We received personalized service on par with 5-star resorts, in a relaxed environment with beautiful views, and the values of an eco resort.

Our room had a postcard view and a memorable design. The food was fantastic and we ate most of our meals on site without FOMO. (Also, it was quiet - the nightlife is far enough away that we did not hear any of the music, but close enough that it’s only minutes from the parties.)

One example of the extraordinary service was on our trip home. We had a problem with our flight home and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we could keep our room and they arranged for an amazing taxi driver to take us to the airport at 2:30am on short notice.

Bottom line, if you are looking for a relaxed resort in 𝕋𝕦𝕝𝕦𝕞 stop looking and stay here.

Room tip: If you have any questions the Suenos staff is very responsive.
