An important part of renting a vacation property is who you have to deal with when renting it. The owners of this condo are on the island. They meet you on arrival and go the extra mile to make certain you have everything you need and as a customer make sure you are pleased.
They are not overbearing and never did we discuss rules or find regulations printed on the refrigerator or in the elevator. We were respected and appreciated. The other property owners are friendly and make you feel welcome as well.
The condos are as safe as anywhere with security at the entrance 24 hours a day and at night the ocean entrance is secured. There is ample parking out front and the security guy will even help with the groceries. Friendly all the way.
The condo itself is a well furnished 2 bedroom 3 bath with washer and dryer. The bedrooms are upstairs and the air conditioning keeps thing comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils and the owners can even recommend a cook!
The condo is built for a young family. It has every safety device known to man I think from stair gates to door alarms. Great tv and roku if you happen to come to Cozumel to watch tv.
The view from the condo is the jungle that makes for a great sunrise.
The area is very quiet at night but in a couple of minutes you can taxi downtown for dinner.
Is this the nicest property I have stayed? No. But it is the most comfortable thanks to the owners. If you are new at the rental game this is the place to start. If you have rented other places this one is a breath of fresh air from pushy management companies and rule writing owners. Monica says in the beginning of your stay, Mi Casa es su Casa. And this is true!
