Gave us a taste of Mayan ruins and there is a very quaint chapel. Very friendly people and a great market.

The old town is probably nicer to look at than the Tequila tour is. The tequila tour is a quick one and this place only serves as a store for selling tequila, its not like you will be taken through any actual processing of the tequila.

This town has the oldest Church on the island. It is a nice small church. You walk through it and see how humble and clean it is. There are a few Mayan ruins next to the church. The small town has an old feel and the people are nice.

This was part of a tour group. It is a very small village with a historic church and another newer. Small shops that you can bargain with them. We also visited a "Tequileria" where we learned about the process of making tequila. We got to try a few samples of the different types/flavors of tequila. If you like tequila then this stop is for you.
