The food is absolutely awful. Dated rules regarding dress to dine at low quality cafeteria type restaurants. Felt like being on a low budget cruise. Ordered UberEats from an all inclusive resort. Drinks are watered down to the point they contain no alcohol. Had absolutely no hot water during my stay. Price is ridiculous for what is offered. You can do a lot better in the area.

Six of us (all adult, family members) recently spent a week at the Grand Park Royal in Cancun to escape the cold of Canada’s January. As hosts, we had holidayed at the resort previously - however, our guests were visiting for the first time. We had a great ‘Family Fiesta’ week filled with fun and laughter. As with any quality resort, the difference maker is always the staff members that go above and beyond and provide guests with exemplary service. As a family group we would like to salute the efforts of Royal Holiday staff members Paolo Delgado (Personal Concierge) and Luis Rey (Personal Butler) for all that they did to make our stay memorable. From accommodation to daily dining reservations - we counted on their knowledge and skill on a daily basis. We were not disappointed! Great service. Nice beach. The main pool area under construction is the only reason they didn’t get 5 stars. Erika was amazing waitress at the beach Hector at the pool bar was an outstanding bartender

We love this resort! Very clean and beautiful Erika is so sweet and works hard. Always there to meet your needs. We love her. Hector makes great drinks and is very personable. Works hard. Roberto is great along with Belmae, Angel, Alexander and Hector. Fermin makes the best omelettes with entertainment ! It’s the staff that keeps us coming back!
