We were looking for something different to do on our honeymoon in cancun and came across the hummer jungle tour booth at la isla mall. We decided to give it a try and have to say it is worth every penny and more. If you have a chance well you're in cancun you have to try it. The sights and places are awesome not to mention our tour guide Merik, he was amazing!! We recommend it to anyone up for an adventure!

A very fun, well rounded tour. A little bit of everything - really enjoyed Puerto Morales. Went shopping - hummers - ATV - zipline - cenote - lunch - zoo - all for a very affordable price. Mirak, our tour guide made the tour extra special!!!!!

Lets start with Marak, our guide. Amazing!!!! He was so knowledgeable about everything and made the day seem to short :). You meet at the mall and get your Hummers, then it off to the Myan ruins, the jungle(with 4 wheelers),zip lines, a little taste of real Mexico for the eyes and mouth, the the interactive zoo. There was not a single thing I can say that was not a joy about this day.

This is a wonderful adventure to go on in cancun. Honestly I believe it was our tour guide Markel that made the adventure so awesome. We were lucky because just my boyfriend and I got to drive a hummer with only our tour guide Markel in it with us. Unfortunately we had a family group of six adults and about 5 kids on our tour with us... that made it a little difficult to enjoy because they took a lot of time to do everything. Our first stop was the El Rey Ruins and it was absolutely a wonderful experience and Markey our tour guide told us of all the history of the Mayans and the Aztecs. Then the group drives thier hummers to a zipline in the jungle on about 30 minute drive from the cancun strip. The zipline is not very high up because it is in the jungle and the jungle is not very high where we went. There are about four zips that you go on. You will need to be brave, because they are pretty rickety..I call them very real, but they are definately rickety. We have ziplinned at Catalina Island off the coast of California, which was an amazing experience, so I think that once you do that it makes this zipline experience a little dull. After the zipline we all drove to where the ATV's are to ride the ATV's out to where the C-note is. The actual ATV ride wasn't a very good experience because the large family that was with us needed to change into thier bathing suits and it took them a good 30 minutes or more. This held everyone else up that was on the tour and I didn't think that was fair. The C-note was absolutely amazing... there was no other people there except all of our tour group. You get to swim and do a little short zip line and drop into the C-note. There were some small turtles in there and a few fish and there were even bats flying above in the cavern. We didn't get to spend much time there due to the large family holding everyone up with needing to change into bathing suits at the beginning of the ATV portion of the ride. After that we drove the hummers to a nice little restauarnt in Puerto Morales and sat outside and ate lunch, this was very nice and good. Then we drove the hummers to the Zoo... this was abosolutely amazing, we fed wild spider monkeys and held a real baby aligator... a great experience. Markel, our tour guide made the experience a very good one. I think the best part of this tour is visiting the El Rey Ruins, the C-note experience and the Zoo. Driving the hummers was fun, but not really a big deal because you don't drive offroad with them. Thank you Markel for making the trip so enjoyable.

My husband and I did this tour on January 15, 2012 and we had a blast! It was one of the best tours yet in all of our travels!

The excursion itself was fantastic, but our guide Mirak made the experience top notch. He was friendly, passionate and very knowledgeable. Thank you Mirak for a most memorable day!

After leaving La Isla shopping mall at the wheel of our hummer, the tour began with an initiation to Mayan history and culture at the El Rey Mayan Ruins. We learned a lot and I am glad to say we actually remember much of what our guide said. We also had a great time at our next stop Crococun, an interactive zoo where we got to hold a baby crocodile and snake, and feed monkeys and deer.

One of the highlights of this tour was definitely the ATV ride through the jungle to a cenote. We had so much fun! I felt like a kid again! It can get muddy, so dress for outdoor fun.

Ziplining was exhilarating and shopping in Puerto Morelos after a delicious lunch at a quiet restaurant by the sea, was a pleasant way to conclude a fabulous day! This was a truly unique way to discover what Cancun and the area have to offer.

The tour is great value for money, combining a number of activities you'd otherwise have to book separately at a cost that would certainly surpass the price of this excursion.

We highly recommend this tour and would definitely do it again!
