The food is very fresh and delicious. The Langoustines are to die for. The place is decorated with the signatures of famous costumers. It is a most in Mexico.

Food was great nothing fancy, just right amount of seasoning. I could not have given the place another star however based on the fact that the Pescado al ajo, had burnt chunks of garlic which is a big no, no, as garlic gets bitter when burnt. Service was outstanding.

This is a place that everybody in Mexico City needs to visit at least once... traditional yet unassuming seafood, located close to important landmarks downtown... has been there for ages, and many famous people and politicians can be seen there during the week... food is mostly ok, but you are visiting an historic landmark, that alone is worth the trip

Good and interesting to go there.
Very Good fish and seafood in a place where the famous go.
They have all the walls full of dedications.
It is not far from the Zócalo.
Nice service.

Buen pescado y mariscos.

Thank Fanjoya

Traditional Mexican restaurant, with traditional menu and decoration. We got there early, around 13:30 and were promptly attended. But the food was ok, well done but nothing surprising. Salad was very basic (lettuce, potatoes, tomatoes, carrots) and it looked like was in the refrigerator from the last day. Gigante shrimps (as offered in the menu) was regular size and nothing was special about them. The green fish soup was good, well done. But the overall experience was unimpressive and didn't compensate for the price charged.
