We stayed in a twin room with a private bathroom for 9 nights. The hostal is very central, literally a stones throw away from the Zocalo and a convenient metro stop. There are also numerous places to eat near this location. The hostel is clean and there is a daily cleaning service which helped us especially due to our length of stay. Breakfast is included and is very nice! The only negative about this hostel is that some of the staff are very unfriendly. We arrived after 27 hours travelling at 6am having also booked the night before to allow us to check in immediately. I had emailed ahead twice to ensure that they knew we would be arriving at this time. When we eventually arrived we were greeted by a very unfriendly man who had clearly been awoken by our presence (hostel states 24 hours reception??), he didnt even show us to our room, instead pointed us towards a dark corridor saying it was there! The next morning the people on reception were again unfriendly, grunting and shaking their heads instead of speaking. The guy who works in the afternoon is extremely helpful and friendly however, we always waited for him to start working before asking any question. Overall its a great hostel with poor customer service, in the morning time anyway!

Stayed here on a couple different occasions and both times were great. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly, good wifi. Bathrooms can get a bit crowded as its a bit hostel but easy enough to deal with. Right in the heart of Centro with all the associated sights and plenty of dining options, however not many late night options.

- It is best to take a shower at night, as during the morning many people take a shower, water may get cooler and showers get full.
- All bathrooms were clean. For some reason the womens shower was only on one floor.
- Rooms were nice, big with high ceilings, you will never feel stuffy.
- Our twin room had lockers in them and a ceiling fan.
- No towels or soap is provided
- No pad lock is also provided so bring your own, unless you want to by one of theirs.
- Personally , we didnt like their breakfast even for a hostel standard. The eggs were like "ikea" eggs, fluffy and tasteless. Many liked it though, Also have yogurt, jello, jams, granola. Only one day of our stay has sausage pieces inside the egg.
- Wifi, only works in the lobby, reception for us. Very choppy and only in certain areas of the second floor, like the bathroom sinks.
- Beds are Very comfortable and but me to sleep for 9 hours per day
- Computer and lounge area to chill.
- 7 eleven, mcdonalds, right by this place.
- One postiive for this place, is it is REALLY dead center in the middle of the city. So you are walking distance to everything and the Zocalo metro.
- Some staff are nice, some not so much. But they all known their stuff and are very knowledgable.
- Place accepts credit cards
- They have a place to store your bags and suitcases in case you check in early or check out and want to visit other places.

Room tip: wifi is only at the lobby and lounge area, very weak in rooms

Location is a plus as you're in the heart of CDMX. Metro station is just across the Zocalo. It is quiet and there's a security agent at night. Kitchen is well equiped with everything you need so it helps when you wanna save money and eat in. There's a room with computers and they have laundry service. Staff is really helpful. Breakfast is okay as it helps you start off your day.

Roms are indeed neat and clean and I enjoyed the daily cleaning of the one I was leaving in.
Abundancy of showers and toilets is also a plus, for a hostel where these facilities are shared.
Too bad the showers are not located on every floor and getting hot water is just a matter of luck.
All in all not a bad structure but it does need some serious plumibng work!
