We travelled down from Idaho for medical treatments. Most communication here is Spanish, which we are minimal at. The Hilton is bilingual, very friendly, and try to please at all times. They knew I was coming for cancer treatments, and set us up on the 9th floor, which is the executive floor. We received free breakfast and dinner in their executive lounge, making life much easier, as walking much is difficult.

We stay at Hiltons a lot in Idaho for business travel, and earn lots of points, which worked out well here. Stayed for free for 6 nights.

Mexico City is very large, and the people seem to be very friendly. The food is great, different than Idaho Mexican. Very authentic.

If I had any complaint against the hotel, it would be the trendy toilets in the room. They are square and the seat doesn’t fit right. Nuff said!

Hands down one of the best Hilton experiences I have had. The corner suite was well appointed, the executive floor was exceptional (providing great food choices and drinks) and the service was outstanding. The pool at the top floor was a great place to escape for a few minutes and soak up the sun before going to work every morning.
With lots of great restaurants within walking distance and a connected shopping mall this was a wonderful place to work from and rest. Don't hesitate and make your reservation.

Room Tip: The higher the better (traffic noise) - If you can, book the executive floor (9th floor)

This is a very nice hotel, but what is more amazing is their people. Francisco on the 9th floor at the Business Center, he is great, and the best part is that in more than 25 years traveling around the world, the housekeeping, Patricia Perales, on the 5th floor, wrote me a motivational tip after she cleaned my room, every day. This never happened to me and it was very nice to have that after a long day of work. Congrats to Patricia.
There are lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel

Room Tip: Avoid rooms facing East. The sun is strong in the morning

Very good choice if you want to stay in the area. Modern hotel with all the amenities. Nice decorated rooms. Breakfast is good too.

Swimming pool on the top floor, and a mall just a floor down.

The service is excellent. Definitely a winner. When I return back in Mexico City, this is going to be my first choice.

Things they could improve on-
-Have someone at the reception break down the invoice for you instead of asking to send an email later.
- don’t hang up on guests when they want to order room service and if we come for breakfast half an hour before it closes please don’t deny us because you don’t want to work.
- housekeeping should clean the whole room at once instead of coming back later when we asked for new towels and saying they were going to clean the bathroom “soon”.
- hot tub was disgusting
- no vegetarian options. We were only offered toast and avocado and the avocado was a quarter of an avocado.
- upgrade room was so small I didn’t realize I was upgraded until I saw my invoice
