1st business trip to Mexico City. Accommodations were first class. Check-in and service was impeccable. Car service was prompt and efficient. Job well done. Nice restaurants on site and right next door.

Pros:
Suites
Service
Location

Cons:
Checkout service
Limited local cuisine options
Pool and gym

Overall an A-1 hotel, my only issue was with the checkout when I had to ask for the bill to be reprinted 3 times as it had numerous incorrect charges (mini-bar for e.g.). The other lesser issue I had was that the gym and the pool are smaller, infact the pool is really like a jacuzzi.

Well located in the great neighborhood of Santa Fe. From the the lobby to the rooms, you feel welcome and home. The service and amenities are perfect in every area. Make sure nor to leave the hotel without visiting the rooftop swimming pool next to the bar.

I'm usually a really annoying guest when I'm travelling for business. Westin Santa Fe didn't give me room to complain about anything! The staff is amazing in all the areas, kind and helpful. Always with a big smile. I need to say that Mexican service is amongst the best in the world. The room is big, clean and comfortable. Room service is super fast as well! More amenities than usual. And the rooftop! Don't miss it!

Haven't been to the Westin Santa Fe for some time, but found it to still be comfortable and reliable, despite any significant innovations or noticeable improvements. The Westin Santa Fe could certainly try to learn a lesson or two from one of its closest neighbors (Aqua Mexico City), where I never cease to be amazed by the creativity of the staff in providing added amenities and small, pleasant surprises. The adjacent mall remains a great asset for food, beverages and convenience purchases.
