We just feel unsatisfice because the hotel service. We asked room service for a couple of lemons and they charged us 5 dollars for it!!! They also up the cost of a beer after one day. Pool is cold and not to much clean, but they have a nice...view. Air condition doesn't work at all. Thank you.

Despite the services listed under on here as well as on other websites including hotels.com, this is NOT a wheelchair accesible hotel! My fiance is a paraplegic and when we made our reservation online we chose a wheelchair accessible room. Two days before our arrival, we also made a phone call to the hotel just to confirm our wheelchair room was confirmed and to make sure everything was correct regarding wheelchair use around the hotel. And they said it was. Upon arrival to the room, my fiances wheelchair did NOT fit through the bathroom door and it was a very big struggle to get him through the main bedroom entrance and the elevator to get to our floor. This hotel is obviously NOT designed under accessibility standards and their biggest mistake was to tell us the complete oposite and even confirm our reservation without telling us the truth which is that neither the hotel nor none of the rooms are actually wheelchair accessible (they are VERY small and not accessible at all). The receptionist in turn ended up having to send us to a different hotel, apparently owned by the same people where we did end up staying.

Room Tip: Rooms are TINY and are NOT wheelchair accesible at all despite what any of the website says.

Good day.

We are terribly sorry about this situation. we had an internal communication error and this led to give you a room without the specifications you asked, likewise, we have recommended to our sales channels assosiates to add a filter, because you was offered a type room that did not meet the specifications for wheelchair.

We care about our guests experiences, we will work to prevent this from happening again.

Regards.

The room was clean, comfortable bed, the staff are helpful. The breakfast was nice, but not of the best. I recommend to family and couple. The internet was good. The price was right. The swimming pool is not conserved, that's a shame.

Room Tip: The upper floors are the best.

My wife, two kids and I stayed a week in May 2014. The facilities are a bit dated but well kept. The room was spacious enough, it was only used to sleep as we spend most of the day walking around the city.
The beds are soft and cuddly. The WiFi was great compared to Telcel's 4G. Water pressure was ok, the toilet however, was not. It kept backing up and even though the front desk sent people over it gave us trouble for most of our stay. Taxis outside were just unmarked cars with an ok price. The staff was friendly but brief. The location is excellent and near many eateries such as Vips (like Denny's but better) and tacos Don Guero over at Rio Lerma and Rio Rhin. The biggest issue of all was the A/C. According to the maintenance guy, they turn it off at night in order to save energy. But even when it was on it was not even perceptible. They gave us a table top oscillating fan that kept us cool at night but was rather noisy. The housekeepers kept cleaning the room even thought the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door knob, they also left the windows open after cleaning, a problem if you often come over late on a hot night.
Over all rather pleasant stay, very quiet despite staying in a room on the third floor facing the street (Sullivan) We were just too busy to checkout the pool.

This is just a great hotel and it offers a lot of value for those who aren't looking for a lot of amenities. It's very clean, has a nice little lobby and a good restaurant. The rooms are small but nice and the bathrooms are modern and clean.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. As a solo traveler I feel safe and comfortable here, aided by a friendly staff.

The location is great, with a pretty little park across the street that hosts a fantastic market on the weekends.

I ate on the restaurant's glass porch and had a taco fix when I first got it. The internet works fine and the room has a flat screen tv with a few channels in English.

You'll like this place! It's a little gem and really affordable. I'd come here again without hesitation.

Room Tip: I'm on the 4th floor and the Internet is fine here.
