It's locsted just across the street from zona rosa and that makes it 30%cheaper than same quality hotels there. Fromthe hotel to reforma's corridor is a 5 minute walk and there you can get fastublic transport to chapultepec and it's museums or to old downtown. The hotel has a good restaurant for breakfast, free parking and air conditioning. Rooms with city view are quite noisy.

The restaurant has really good food/service. I don't think I have ever had a bad meal there. The hotel is in need of updating but you will not find a better value in a better location for Mexico City.

This hotel is located in a good point of Mexico city. Is near to Metro Statio so is easy take the subway or walk just a little when u come back tired of walk this amazing city. Is an old hotel and restaurant so u have to understand it has limits. Is 1 block from the Zona Rosa, 1/2 blosk from the Subway Station Insurgentes and the crew is very kind.
The restaurant is ok and they have room service. I have 2 room with view to the street and somethins the noise is a little anoying.

Has no AC and the wifi is a 7/10.
But is a nice choice to stay in Mexico. I definetly will back to this hotel.

HAs no swimming pool or spa. Has no gym

Note: one day in the room next door the guest were smoking, i called to the lobby telling was happening ans no body did anything

Room Tip: Street views rooms are a little bit noisy The wifi is better in the romms netx to the central hall

When looking for hotels in Mexico City, I wanted something cheap and with a great location. I don't tend to spend a large amount of money on accommodation as my requirements are security for my possessions and hot water (sometimes not even that).

This hotel had a great price, good reviews and above all - amazing location. My room was on the second floor, so I used the stairs as the elevator was older. It faced inwards, so my view was only of other rooms, but meant the room was very quiet. The room was clean, the king-sized bed was comfortable. The staff were happy to help, as I checked in at 2am and they provided me with suggestions of locations of things nearby.

The hotel is a few blocks from the Bosque de Chapultepec (and museums) and the Angel of Independence. The walk to Chapultepec Park passes my favourite street food in mexico city - "Las gorditas de sevilla". The hotel is right next to the insurgentes metro station. It's also within walking distance of the chocolate museum, arena mexico and la ciudadela market.
