I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. It was a busy hotel, but big enough that it didn’t seem crowded. They have a nice dining area that has breakfast and dinner. The rooms were clean and spacious. I stayed in room 302 and you could see Six Flags amusement park out the window. The water pressure in the shower was great and they offer a full size hair dryer in the room. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There is also a mall across the busy highway, I didn’t make it over there, but there is direct access to it.

It was overall a very good stay, particularly considering the fare paid (we were a large group of people and there was a special fare for guests of our host organization in Mexico).

This is a large business hotel with over 200 rooms. I have stayed in a Standard room (number 303) and was very pleased with it. It had a nice view to the mountains and wasn't facing the busy avenue. Maybe it would have been louder in another room facing the street. The room had two double beds, a desk, a chair and an ottoman. There was also a wardrobe with an iron an ironing board and a small cupboard with a coffee machine and maybe other gadgets (didn't use). The bathroom was of good size, not too big, but with enough space for toiletries. The shower was very good and the water heated quickly. The only downside here was that the glass door of the shower didn't close properly, leading to a major leak on the floor. I had to use several towels to keep it somewhat under control, but this could be easily solved by a janitor.

Breakfast is charged extra, but was rich and of good quality. The waiters are very polite and attentive to detail. One of them actually offered me some tea on the second day, since I had asked for tea on the previous day.

This hotel is very well located if you are visiting the University (which was my case). If you are looking for tourism in Mexico City, I would refrain from staying there, since it can take around an hour to get to downtown.

Room Tip: I would ask for rooms in the back, facing the mountains, not the Avenue, since I believe they must be more quiet.
