“A Great Four Seasons”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 March 2012

This Four Seasons exhibits all the qualities the hotel chain is known for. the service was excellent, and the hotel itself is charming built around a central courtyard which features a bar and a restaurant. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the windows even open. The hotel has plenty of natural light and fresh air.

The health club is "ok" but the pool small and not worth lounging around.

The only downside is the location. The hotel is neither close to the business district or the upscale Palenco neighborhood (about 20 minutes by car). It is close to the archeological museum and the now seedy Zona Rosa.

Fantastic service, good location (albeit perhaps less so for business), great design, wonderful restaurants and an overall lovely setting. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel, very secure. Adjacent to Chapultepec Park. Staff are very attentive. Everything is great about it, but plan to pay for any additional services, etc. A glass of wine in the bar will cost you $15-20 per glass depending on brand, et. It's a 5 star hotel, so you're going to pay 5 star prices for everything.

Good day Nucenturion,
Appreciate your review and I am glad, considering you are a Senior Contributor for TripAdvisor, that you did enjoy your stay with us. On the pricing, we make sure that prices are competitive to the 5* market in th city. Wines are expensive in Mexico. More so than, let's say Miami, where I managed the Four Seasons property for 4 years before moving to this lovely city last year. And, in mamy aspects this city is more expensive in such items as clothing, food,. cars, and others.
Nonetheless, we hear you and I have discussed with my F&B managers to look for one or two more economical options that may present a better value to certain customers. As you said, wine prices vary according to quality, and we care of having the best wine variety in the market.
Sincerely,
RIcardo Acevedo

The staff at the hotel is exceptional, very polite and helpful. Having stayed at different hotels throughout the city, I would definitely recommend this to others. The hotel is situated in a good location, and the restaurant area in the courtyard is very nice. The room was pleasant and spacious. Very impressed!
