Our check in with Martin was very quick which we appreciated. The hotel is exceptionally clean with wide halls and spacious well designed rooms. Close to the airport and walking distance to restaurants etc. in the Marina area it was the perfect place for our short stay.
The hotel has a kidney shaped pool overlooking a golf course. Very good Wifi in your room as well as the lobby and common areas. Continental breakfast has a few extras like bowls of fruit as well yogurt and cereals plus fresh coffee and a variety of teas.
Looking forward to a return visit.

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of our room being in a hotel that was so inexpensive. It’s proximity to the airport is perfect for late arrivals or early departures. We never used the restaurant but did use the pool and found it to be very clean and a welcome way to end our day.

We arrived in PV a day before we could check into our timeshare so chose the Comfort Inn due to its proximity to the airport, a nearby market, and a 10 minute walk to the marina where there are plenty of restaurants and things to do.
This was our first visit to PV, and we were told to stay away from the taxis at the front door of the airport due to the chance they would charge a lot. Turned out we should have just taken one of these taxis since they can exit the airport in the direction of the Comfort Inn - we went over a pedestrian overpass to get a yellow taxi, and they had to pull a U turn a 1/2 mile down the road.
The arrival and check in was very smooth. Within 10 minutes we were in our room. We had 6 travelers, so they gave us one of the large rooms on the top floor. The layout was huge - probably 1000 square feet with a massive deck overlooking a golf course and the east entry to the marina. There are AC units in each area of the studio, so controlling the temp worked quite well.
The pool isn't huge, but it was refreshing after a long flight. There is a small fountain in the middle of the pool that the kids liked to play with.
The buffet breakfast was continental style and quite busy. A lot of business people were staying in the hotel the same night as us.
A block towards the airport there is a market with a mid sized grocery, several shops and a bank. There is a strip mall to the south with some fast food, liquor, typical businesses you find in strip malls across north america. Further to the south you can find the marina. If you catch it on the right night there will be a flea market which is actually quite decent. If you're staying at the hotel at the end of your trip this is a good place to pick up souvenirs. There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from - some look a bit shady and of course there are people out front enticing you to come to their establishment. Check Trip Advisor or other app reviews before making a decision.
Overall, our stay was a great start to our trip to PV.

Room Tip: If you can get a 2 bedroom suite on the 5th floor, they have great views and a ton of space to spread out.

We stay here regularly. The staff is bilingual and friendly, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, and there is cold water available on every floor. The wifi is free, but can be a bit iffy in rooms that are farthest from the lobby. It is conveniently close to the airport, grocery store, banks, and Marina restaurants. Definitely a good value

Room Tip: Wifi is better closer to the lobby.

We stayed at this hotel for the remainder of our vacation which was six days. The hotel is clean and has a modern look with spikes of color adorning their reception area. The people are very nice and attentive. You get to have free continental breakfast which is just your basic --- cereal, pound cake, coffee, orange juice, and fresh fruit. We usually did not eat there --it just wasn't that appealing due to lack of tables and the ones available were dirty filled with dishes. Also, it took the kitchen staff a while to restock on the breakfast items. This part was a deal breaker for me from giving them a 5 star rating. Since there was a lack of tables and the ones available were usually filled with dirty dishes-- we decided to eat in our room. We were told that we cannot take the food outside of the dinning area. As we proceeded to leave the full tray behind -- we got a stern warning, saying "since you've already served yourselves. Im only going to allow you to take your food this one time (paraphrasing--we were told in Spanish)." I don't understand what the big deal was since there was usually no place to sit. So we just decided to buy our basics from the local Walmart and eat in our room. The attendants that work the dinning area were not very friendly--a few seemed bothered. I did not let this unpleasant experience ruin our trip. We made the best of it. Everyone else in the hotel were awesome and were very nice and helpful. They sure went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
