Stayed with family and friends for my husband's 50th birthday. Beautifully traditional with incredible stained glass, open breezeway through family area/ kitchen and blocks from the beach. The grounds are impeccable and create a hidden paradise with private pool. The staff are warm, welcoming and are like family by the end of the week. You'll not want to stay anywhere else once you experience the Casa. We'll return without question.
Casa de la Torre for me was heavenly. There is a castle like feel to this villa that the moment you walk through the door you see how much love goes into this magnificent home. Monse the housekeeper is fabulous. Not only is the place spotless, but she cleans in a manner that you barely see or hear her. By the time you finish your delicious fresh squeezed orange juice she has already cleaned your room. Martin also pours so much love and devotion into the gardening. Every plant is blooming and vibrant because of the tender care he provides. They both give their all in making Casa de la Torre one of the most exceptional places I have ever stayed in the world. This villa exceeds not only in beauty and charm but hospitality and comfort all the hotels around the globe I have stayed in. This is a place that you not only want to stay once but make a tradition out of. Every corner you turn in this magnificent villa you see something new. A detail of the excellent architecture with each room having a beautiful theme with so much personality. You are surrounded by the finest restaurants and shops and galleries and the beach is a short walk. Please do yourself a favor and don’t miss this fabulous villa in one of the best vacation spots in the world!!!! ♥️❤️♥️❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We traveled to Puerto Vallarta in February 2018 to celebrate my 53rd birthday with a group of girlfriends. This meticulously kept huge castle, three blocks off of the Malecon, was an ideal setting for our week of relaxation, yoga, and sun. You won’t believe the attention to detail in every room of this mammoth luxury home— very much upscale authentic Mexican architecture. Every bedroom has its own attached bathroom with shower, and Martin was on the grounds daily to have cappuccinos and lattes waiting , as we woke up, and Montse, the full time housekeeper, made sure our every need was filled—-from fresh sheets and towels, to having fresh homemade guacamole and margaritas waiting every afternoon!!
We skinny dipped in our own private pool, and were captivated by the fireworks every evening, while relaxing on one of the 5 private decks!
I will come back to this home every single year for my birthday/- it’s a spectacular home base for a group of friends to enjoy time together:)
We stayed at Casa de la Torre for one magical week in January to celebrate my husband's birthday and retirement. There were 8 of us and we all (bar none) were "gobsmacked" (to quote my English friend) at the beauty and magnificence of this wonderful villa. Walking through the big old wood door, up the stairs past palms, flowers, vines, fountains, pool, up through the open living room/dining/room/kitchen, up to the unbelievably spacious and comfortable bedrooms, up the tower to the top suite - just stunning. The gardener tends this space with love. Monse served us a wonderful breakfast each morning - would not even let us get our own coffee - she was so ON it! Breakfast cooked each morning by Marta... SOOO good. This is one of the most interesting and relaxing places we all have ever stayed throughout the world. Just simply magnificent. Heaven in P.V. and so close to everything. All 8 of us absolutely loved this place.
We recently returned from our third and most incredible stay at our beloved Casa de la Torre. Once again, our time there was so wonderful, that our departure felt like we were leaving our home in Puerto Vallarta. The house is so beautiful, and the location is perfection whether you want to walk to nearby restaurants and shops or to just walk a few steps to the corner to hail a taxi. While the Casa is not on the beach, the beautiful ocean views and private pool more than make up for it. And while the property is beautiful and comfortably furnished with all the amenities, I would have to say that undoubtedly, the staff is the biggest selling point. The housekeeper, Montzie, and gardener/handyman, Martine, are like family, and make our days there effortless. The recent addition of a full breakfast every morning was the icing on the vacation cake! Delicious! We can't wait to return for our next visit. VIVA CASA DE LA TORRE!
