We waited about an hour every morning for breakfast (w/ 5 people working in the kitchen). The breakfast was disgusting. On the last day my husband found a HAIR in his beans. We asked to speak to the manager and The hotel owner, NATHAN, promised to give us a great rate on our next visit if we wouldn't post a bad review. Well, after several attempts to contact him, he's yet to respond. Here's the truth about your hotel, Nathan. Be a man of integrity and a man of your word next time. I wonder how many other people he's bribed into good reviews...

You've been warned.

Stay in the golden area in Mazatlan, This hotel is hidden and super far from the Action.

Room Tip: Stay in the Golden Area of Mazatlan, This hotel is hidden and very far away from everything.

We have stayed in many B&Bs around the world. This one definitely ranks among the best! The hosts Missy and Nathan are welcoming. We especially appreciated the warm welcome from staff Terri and also the many helps from Alonzo ( hope that spelling is correct). He went out of his way to help when luggage was “ lost/delayed” arriving from the airport and also gave us lots of good information. Cook Reina was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfasts by the pool and coffee on the balcony. Thanks!
Great location on quiet street next to park and museum. A block from the Malecon and just a short walk from the Plaza Machado and many other delights of Centro Mazatlan.
Highly recommend this B&B and would love to visit sometime again.

The rooms are beautiful, and the staff is absolutely terrific. It's a warm, comfortable place to stay with lots of different areas to relax in. The cook Reina, is top notch. Every meal we ate there from included breakfast (ask if Reina made biscuits!) to dinner at their restaurant Macaw's was great. Get a burger or shrimp. You can't miss.

Thank you Missy and Nathan for a wonderful time. We'll be back!!

Comfortable and well-furnished guest rooms, many beautiful common areas both indoors and out, accommodating bilingual staff, wonderful hosts, great food, and a super location on a quiet street next to a park and museum. I could go on, but it's enough to say that if you're looking for the right place to stay or eat in Mazatlán's historic center, look no further. Thanks, Nathan & Missy!

We loved this B&B. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Location couldn't be better. Everything in old Mazatlan is within walking distance including a beach 1/2 block away. The hotel provides chairs, towels, and an umbrella complimentary. The decor is so tastefully done. We were greeting with complimentary drinks when we got there. Since the owner was testing a new tuna burger for the menu we weren't charged for that or the veggie burger they provided since my husband in vegetarian. There a many common areas around the facility to relax in. Also the restaurant in front of the B&B gives all guests 20% off. The service and all the workers made the stay so wonderful. My husband and I travel internationally around twice per year and this has been one of the best places we've ever stayed at. We later stayed at Pueblo Bonito with friends where we had to deal with people reserving beach chairs with towels all day and never showing up ect. We should've just stayed here the whole time. Plus, really is a bargain for the quality and service. There is a lot of construction around the whole city right now but when it's done it will look so nice. Also Uber is much cheaper than bargaining for a taxi or pulmonia.
