Located in a shopping center next to the big Sanbornes (tall blue building). Has very limited parking.Good food and very nice service. Don't think as good as Suntory, but still very good. Nice décor.

Acapulco really needs to attract and keep tourists these days. A place like Bento is not helping. Went looking for decent sushi and left feeling totally robbed plus disgusted with the service. There were 9 of us, all pretty hungry. The place is small, was about half full and they had at least 6 wait staff. Even with that, it took over 20 minutes to get some Edemame we ordered as starters. It went downhill from there. They filled the ramekins with what they said was "prepared soy sauce". One waiter said they added orange juice, another that it was lime juice and the manager said it was vinegar. It was water. They save on soy sauce by adding water and some sour flavoring. We had to ask 4 times and wait about 20 more minutes to get actual say sauce. The food itself is not terrible if you discount the very strange and disgusting uniquely Mexican habit of adding cream cheese to almost every roll offered. Why? Who thinks this is a good idea? After much frustrating back and forth with the waiter we finally got the manager to help out. It went much more smoothly from there but it did not erase the fact that a miso soup is US$6 and it is (also) seriously watered down. It really is too bad that a nice location like that can be completely ruined by bad staff, cutting corners and trying to rob customers. Never going back and unless you want to regret one of your vacation dinners, skip it as well.

Tried to get in the Carmenere Restaurant in same shopping area but it was full. Saw Bento and being already parked decided to go in. Nice decor. Attentive waiters. Good service and excellently presented food. Sushies were great! Will certainly go again. BTW a bit expensive but fresh
