This hotel has seen better days. The staff here were good and friendly. But the facility needs renovation, at least a new coat of paint. Wifi worked good on my phone, but I could not get it to work on my computer.

The hotel restaurant served a nice breakfast buffet that was included as part of my stay.

This hotel has two type of rooms: the old and the updated. chose the 300's when you visit this hotel because these are the ones updated. the old ones smell a lot to humidity and old carpet and furniture. There is no elevator for the second floor. the security in the hotel is something annoying since they give you a "pass" that you have to show the guard every time you need to park your car.

The full breakfast is the best part in this hotel and is very good. the swimming pool is also very good. you have to sign a voucher for the towels for the pool.

hotel is very good located in San Nicolas.

there is no heater in the rooms because they say is controlled by the outside temperature and works accordingly (???)...horrendous.

Room Tip: chose the 300's rooms

I found this to be a good place to stay when doing business at the Aeropuerto del Norte in Apodaca. Not far and conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops (SAMs, City Club and two malls).

Service is good and the breakfast buffet is one of the best with eggs to order.

Cons: wait for breakfast eggs to order can be long - but worth it

There was heavy construction on Indepence Avenue when I was there but hopefully completed.

Room Tip: Be sure to have breakfast. Warning no elevators. Good lobby bar. Swimming pool but I didn't use.

We only spent a night here. Comfy bed and clean room. The breakfast buffet, was nice, they have more choices than other hotels, the best was the fresh orange juice. Staff was friendly.

There are more classy holidays, but if you need to be near this area of the city "san nicolas" is ok!

You can take bus no. 1 (which is the pretty one) and go to downtown, you can also take a taxi :)

There are some good options for eating, or to take a beer!

There is a supermarket nearby, 2 minutes by walk.

This is not an Holiday Inn superior class but we can say that the waiters at the brekfast service as well as the location near the several malls jointly with the not expensive cost, make this hotel one of the best choices when you travel for business in Monterrey.
