We were able to spend 4 lovely days/nights in casa 465. The house is decorated nicely, very spacious floor plan. We were within walking distance of everything we needed - didn't rent a car or take any cabs. The pool is perfectly close, the beach is just a short walk away. Met so many nice people here! We will certainly be back when we can plan another trip - maybe will bring other family and/or friends.

“Beautiful home in great location”

This casa is wonderful. The furniture & decorations are lovely, A modern kitchen. The bed is very comfortable. Good TV & stereo are available. Even the bathroom is beautiful, with a large tub. The location is great--just a few steps from the pool & close to several good restaurants, including the wine bar downstairs. It's about a block from the beach. While we didn't use it, there's a big gas Barbeque on the rooftop deck.

The Loreto Bay community is beautiful, and very safe. Any one could walk around at any time of night & feel perfectly safe. I can't think of anything that could be better. Also, my damage deposit was quickly returned after our stay. I hyighly recommend this casa, and I hope to return.

“Beautiful Home”

We loved our stay at Casa 465, it's a beautiful home with everything you need. The pool is just steps away, very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was lovely and has every kitchen gadget plus all the basic staples to get going, coffee in the fridge was so nice. The king bed is super comfy and ton's of space. Love the top terrace for the morning sunrise and coffee, sunset is wonderful and star gazing spectacular. We found the wifi a bit frustrating it's very hit and miss but if you go downstairs to the wine cellar bar/restaurant you can access the wifi. Tv is also hit and miss. We were there for the get away experience so you get over it quickly. You are above a bar so you will get noise until about 10:30pm but we got use to it after a few day's. We would stay again, thanks very much Anita.

Lori, thanks for your feedback on your stay at Casa 465. It's true that wifi and TV reception are not as good as in the States or Canada, but challenges that can be overcome with a bit of patience. It sounds as though you got into the Baja vibe, which is all about hanging loose.

“I loved it so much I wanted to buy!”

My husband and I could not possible have picked a better place for our Mexican beach vacation. We traveled with our elementary age son and we were able to make a bed for the boy on the love-seat. Honestly though, Casa 465 is meant for a couple; if you have older children, sleeping arrangements would be a challenge. The flat itself is beautiful, the perfect mix of tasteful, elegant decorations and open simplicity. The bed was comfortable, the linens crisp, the walk-in shower was a dream and the patio with its fountain was perfect for drinking coffee in the fresh air. We found everything we needed in the kitchen for the times we wanted to cook. When we did not want to cook, there were options in walking distance. For breakfast, the Corazon Cafe served a nice selection of food, smoothies and coffee. For lunch, there was a pizza place at the end of the road. And for dinner, every evening we stopped by the Nopolo Wine Bar (right downstairs from Casa 465) for some drinks and small plates. The whole visit was relaxing and refreshing and exactly what we wanted. We did go into the town of Loreto of course, but even that was welcoming and low-key. We never, not once, were approached by anyone trying to sell us anything or show us to a bar. We felt like regular people, not like tourists and we loved it.
A final, pleasant surprise was how quickly we received our security deposit after the visit. I am used to waiting up to a month, but Anita was very prompt and I appreciated that. All in all, we definitely recommend Casa 465 and Nopolo Bay.

“Casa 465 definitely worth a visit.”

If you are planning a trip to Loreto then you could not do better than staying in Loreto Bay at Casa 465.
A wonderful condo, large rooms, very comfortable bed and a well stocked kitchen. Exactly as advertised.
Everything is close - it's across the street from the hotel and golf course, the pool is just out back door, and it's a short walk to the beach.
The wine bar below seems to be the area's main meeting place. Great tapas, drinks and service with the occasional entertainment.
