This is an average hotel that comes across in adverts and nicer than it is. We booked a superior room. Room was nice enough, had a balcony overlooking a garden. But bathroom was a little tatty as were balcony doors.
Our room was probably one of the furthest away and when you walked through the back of the hotel there was very unpleasant smell in certain areas.
There was a monkey warning on the balcony and our first day we had monkeys come right up to the room, mainly because next door had left out drinks for them - this is not a good idea and a lot of places in Railay have fines for feeding them.
Breakfast was 7-10am and had a very standard selection for what you’d expect in a resort. The location is good - it is on Railay East which is why it is a little cheaper and is only a 5/10 minute walk to Railay West. Food in the resort is typical resort food - average and expensive so I would not recommend eating evening meals there but try some of the places on the west walking street for good food.
Staff were ok but our room was not cleaned one day and we had to go down to reception to ask them to come the next day as we needed clean towels.
All in all an average experience- nothing special but not a bad hotel.

This place was a great find for us during a busy long-weekend in Thailand. We went on a short 2 day trip specially to Railay. The hotel was clean, and affordable. It wasn't the best of quality (3 star hotel) but you get what you pay for and it's great value for money. There's 2 pools and the rooftop one is awesome! Recommended stay

We stayed here just before high season so the crowds hadn’t yet arrived. We stayed in a superior room looking out over the jungle behind the resort. Our room was at the very end of building 6 (room 6205) so we had a very private balcony. Which was nice.
Watching the monkeys everyday from our balcony was a source of entertainment. Just make sure to lock your balcony door when you leave.

They have two pools. Unfortunately during our stay one of them was empty for cleaning or repairs. This made the other pool too crowded for our enjoyment.

The restaurant was just okay. We found much better quality, and less expensive, food along the path or along the east Railay Beach walkway. The buffet style breakfast offered was a mix of Thai and traditional American/European offerings. The restaurant does take credit card which was convenient. They also had good cocktails.

I was in Railay Beach for the day and I went to Railay Princess Resort and Spa Restaurant to have lunch.
Steamed bass was incredible and the Mango sticky rice was the best one I've ever tried!
If you go to Railay do not miss this restaurant!

Value is OK. Long walk to an actual beach, stuff isn't very friendly, breakfast was only until 10am and quality of the buffet wasn't good except for the coffee, which you have to pay extra for. Long waiting time for the good stuff - the hotel wasn't nearly booked out and the breakfast room was already very crowded. Probably due to the fact that buffet is only open from 7-10 ?!?

However, it's OK for a night if you don't now where to go next.
