Not a good hotel, the position is good close to the beach which is good for getting the long boats and the ferry. The hotel is very dated the bathroom is awful the shower is over the bath which you access by climbing on a step stool that they leave in the bathroom.
The wfi is practically non existence you have to log on every time you want to use it, they give you a password which is rubbish we spent most of the time at the reception trying to sort out getting it to work. The staff are lovely very helpful, the breakfast is rubbish and not very clean you have to check the cups as they are chipped and cracked.
We had a superior room which is just the same as deluxe only larger. I would not recommend this hotel.

From the unfriendly and uninterested and argumentative staff from moment of check in to checking out. From the bed that was as solid as sleeping on the floor. From the run down state of the rooms. From staff pretending not to speak English when you know they fully understand. To a very early pool closing time. We were totally disgusted with this hotel and was the worst in our entire trip.

I was really excited to stay here after reading a lot of positive reviews. But when we got there we were so disappointed.

At first the hotel looks okay, the pool area is big however after a while you begin to realise just how run down the place is. 80% of the sun loungers are broken and you’d see people just falling back all the time when they would just give way! The hotel has his silly rule that you couldn’t wear tshirt or shorts in the pool or this would result in a 2,000 baht penalty! I’ve never heard of this in any of the hotels I’ve stayed in before - whether it be Thailand or another country!
Pool bar is unattended most of the time.

We were given a room so far away from the main building we were practically in another resort, it was really dark and right next to the maids cupboard. This usually wouldn’t have bothered me too much - but when the resort seemed practically empty I don’t know why we were given that room.

The room did smell lovely when we walked in, and although dated it was pretty clean. However there were cobwebs and dirt in the corners of the room.

However when we came home one night around 10PM, we went in the bathroom to find it crawling with ants!!! They were all over the bathroom!!

It was the night before we were checking out so didn’t bother to say anything. But I’d definitely not stay again and there’s loads of other hotels better value for your money in Ao Nang.

We really liked this hotel. After traveling about this was our favorite so far. Great location and a walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Rooms are really nice & traditional. Felt as if you were in the jungle with all the tress & birds singing. Staff are nice & friendly. Pool side is lovely and clean. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Only thing that let this hotel down was dogs barking continuously around 1am the two nights we stayed here.

This hotel is OK for a few days stay. The staff were very pleasant &polite.
Breakfast was better than I expected. Room was massive & kept clean on a daily
basis. Swimming pool was big & clean----sun loungers were plentiful ---- but could be kept a lot cleaner---white plastic doesn't take a lot to maintain .Otherwise a good hotel.
