nice ,clean, friendly ,
was well priced , far away from all the noise but so close to everything , staff very friendly ,meals were ok ,the only thing i could say is that the bed was a bit on the hard side ,but i guess we could of asked for a matteress topper ,

Room tip: take the tuk tuk back to the hotel instead of walking up the hill. ask for a matteress topper of the bed

We found the hotel was clean enough, with beautful views. We stayed on the top floor. Pool and spa were good too. On the other hand the bed was as hard as a rock along with the pillows, making it really hard to sleep. The shower pressure was woeful, I could barely wash myself. Our room didnt look anything like the photos (nice pillows etc). There were a few issues with the air conditioner aswel. We had to pay to use the Wifi and it kept cutting out and never had reception.
There were way too many little figurines around the place that made it look cheap. The breakfast buffet was half decent, although the coffee and juices were horrible.
The staff were friendly, but could barely speak english which made it hard to communicate, and they didnt know directions to any local attractions, so we hired a vespa and went to find them ourselves.
The beach is not too far at all, although walking back up the hill to the resort was a killer. The restaurants down the road were lovely and the markets were good.
We were booked for 5 nights, but went and stayed at Phi Phi on the 3rd night, to break it up as i didnt like it.

Very nice hotel with very good buffet breakfast. Pools are nice and clean and staff fairly helpful.
It is far from the beach and walking back is out rather pay 20 baht for a tuk tuk. Lots of restaurants in the road down to the beach although some of their specials ended up being very small. Room service was nice and a broken phone was fixed in 10 min at 9 pm.
Our biggest problem was that we booked this hotel and the location map showed it at a completely different place. We would not have booked it if we knew where it was. When we pointed this out at the reception they said it was not their problem although we just wanted them to know about it..power was off for a whole day in town so everything was closed.

Room tip: all rooms have nice views but top floor rooms are quiet

The rooms were really nice. We stayed in the room that backs right on to the pool and they were really stunning. The resort is on the more expensive side for Thailand however there is a lovely view of the mountains. There is a short walk approx 15 mins to the beach and tuk tuk are available if needed. The breakfast and restaurant is ok - I would suggest eating in the town where the food options are much better.

Staff were quite good, we hired a scooter from the hotel which was quite cheap and very easy to go through the process.

Great place overall and the perfect place to relax .

Room tip: Not near the beach but still absolutely stunning.
