“Gem of a cottage”
Reviewed 8 April 2016 for a stay in March 2016

What an amazing find. Tucked away on a side street in Whittlesey this gem of a cottage is deceptively large inside. Everything you need for a holiday is there. Well equipped kitchen with a washing machine, microwave, full size oven and hob and a fridge freezer. The bathroom has a large bath with a shower over it. Along a corridor you come to a lovely quaint lounge with two settee's tv, table and chairs. A door leads to the second bedroom which has a sofa bed and hanging space for clothes.
The stairs lead to a galleried bedroom with a double bed, bedside cupboards, dressing table and a chair. The wardrobe is in a room off the bedroom with the cutest door!
We were greeted with milk in the fridge, a bottle of wine, biscuits and as it was Good Friday there were two chocolate animals on sticks.
Excellent wi-fi and a digital radio in the kitchen. The tv has free view.
There is a lovely garden with a sitting area and a table and chairs on the lawn unfortunately it was to cold to make use of them. Lots of bright spring flowers in bloom.
I can't really think of more words to describe this lovely cottage, we had nine amazing nights there.
Try it for yourselves, you won't be disappointed.

“Quaint cottage”
Reviewed 14 March 2016 for a stay in March 2016

I spent a couple of nights here with my sisters who were visiting from Sweden, we felt very welcomed by Paul who showed us round. The cottage had everything we could have needed, comfy sofas to chill and watch telly. Would highly recommend if you want to stay near Peterborough.

“Would stay here forever!”
Reviewed 16 January 2016 for a stay in December 2015

What an amazing place! Paul met us at the cottage and showed us around. It was such a great gesture - and the fresh milk + beer in the fridge was a welcome addition! FREE WIFI!

Immaculately clean, comfortable, and fully stocked for our stay. We felt at home the minute we walked in the door.

Small bedroom on the ground floor with a futon - our daughter made use of that room, and was happy enough with it (although she forgot to "duck" to go into her room once - as did I - hahahaha.

Lovely living room with ample seating. My in-laws were duly impressed with our accommodation when they came to see us. :) Electric fire in the old Inglenook kept us toasty warm (in addition to the radiator heating), and the Christmas tree was so sweet!

We slept in the loft under the thatched roof and it was so charming. The bed was so comfy, and plenty of space for our belongings.

HUGE bathroom with a towel warmer and everything we needed in terms of soap, shampoo, etc.

The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, and we could have made a feast with everything available - plates, cups, glassware, flatware, baking dishes... Plus the washing machine with laundry soap was s bonus after four nights in the UK at a hotel.

Parking is on the street one-over from the address, but very easy access to Honeyway. If it had been warmer, I know we'd have made use of the lovely garden area. Great location for seeing the sights in East Anglia, and lots of great restaurants/pubs/stores nearby.

It was so sweet to see doggie dishes for four-legged visitors!

I would truly love to buy this place and live here forever!

“Fantastic cottage”
Reviewed 30 December 2015 for a stay in December 2015

Our family from Scotland were staying down for Christmas and stayed at the cottage for five nights and absolutely adored the place. The cottage was spotless, cosy and very comfortable. The welcome bottles of wine were we'll received. Thank you Paul and Sasha for helping to make it a fabulous family Christmas.

“Second stay. Love this place!”
Reviewed 18 December 2015 for a stay in December 2015

I work away from home and this place is the perfect stop over for me.

Close to the town. Cosy. Out of the way. A real retreat away from the hustle and bustle.

Any stresses are left at the gate when walking into this place.

I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting an escape from modern life.

Each time I do not want to leave.

This time around they have decorated for Christmas which adds to the personalised feel.

Everything you would need is here.
