“Incredible house on the beachfront, better than the pictures”
Reviewed 31 May 2013 for a stay in May 2013

We stayed here for a long weekend and were totally blown away at the size, features and facilities of the guesthouse. It's a great place to relax and unwind with friends in a small and friendly coastal town.

“Stunning house in beautiful location- cheaper than a boutique hotel”

Thirteen of us stayed here for my fortieth birthday weekend having seen an article in Tatler magazine on a BA flight. If you have ever stayed in a more beautiful house then you are lucky indeed - when up walk through the front door into a massive open plan space the far wall which looks out onto the beach has a huge wide window that presents the most stunning panoramic view of the beach that it really feels as if you are looking into a painting. The house being at an angle to the beach is what makes it I think. the decor is stunning - lots of whites and off whites with owners who clearly have an eye for detail. You will never run out of cutlery, crockery or glassware during your stay, nor places to sit, cook or clean (two top of the range Miele washing machines). Angmering is a,lovely beach to stroll along and we were fortunate to have beautiful weather, but the house is so large that thirteen people can all find their own space. Fantastic with a 10am checkout and the teams cleaners waiting outside at 950 unnecessarily intimidating the only gripes at all

“Perfect house full of warmth, space, and wonderful sunrise views”
Reviewed 10 May 2013 for a stay in February 2013

This house is a great place to stay to get away from it all with a large group of friends.
The staff were very helpful, the facilities were great, plenty of crockery for a large get together and lots of car parking space.

The rooms are very tastefully decorated, there is lots of extra bedding and kitchen stuff so you don't need to bring anything.

The only issue we had was a power failure in a part of the house late in the evening. But this did not impact us.
I'd definately recommend this house for a large group to stay in and still have a bit of space and privacy.

“Simply Stunning!!”
Reviewed 8 May 2013 for a stay in May 2013

I have just returned from a truly memorable weekend at The Angmering on Sea Beach House. If you are considering renting this property - do not hesitate!! The house cannot be faulted. The location is perfect, the décor is elegant and stylish and Nigel and Caroline and their team are highly professional and ensure you have a wonderful stay.
Being a party of 14 ladies in their 30's and 40's we were after total relaxation and sophistication. A beautician, Gigi, from 'Blossom and Jasmine' spent the day with us and offered treatments, in between sitting in the sun and relaxing in the hot tub.
We also hired a local caterer, Jane Bellinger, who cooked for us throughout the weekend and I have to say, she was absolutely fantastic! What a treat to have beautiful food prepared for us and then have no washing up to do! I highly recommend Jane and so reasonable in cost!!
If only every weekend could be like last weekend!!

“Great place for luxury living right on the beach front”
Reviewed 19 April 2013 for a stay in April 2013

We have just returned from a wonderful hen weekend at the beach house. What a treat! An amazing house - the photos don't do it justice - truly wonderful accommodation. Although the weather wasn't great on one of the days the brisk walk along the seafront was enough to blast the cobwebs away and we returned to lunch in the warm with that wonderful beach front view from the dining area. The log fire made for a very cosy afternoon of chatter and activity. The sun came out the next day and we were able to enjoy the outside space too - I was blown away by the quality of the decor, the thought that went into making sure everything we needed was within reach and the way such a large house was made to feel like home.
The owner Jo, her assistant Jo and house manager Tori were great to deal with too.
It may not be the cheapest accommodation by the sea but it's worth splashing out for what will be a fabulous stay - it's like living in a photoshoot for a glossy homes magazine.
If you can - do it!
