Littlecot is perfectly placed to enjoy both the local beaches and glorious coastal walks. It is small but comfortable and well equipped with everything you need, it is very useful having access to a garage to store canoe/diving equipment rather than keeping it in the car all the time. The beach is beautiful and we loved sitting having a coffee in the cabin above the beach, they do great cakes and bacon butties! We ate twice in the Victoria Inn and the food was fantastic and staff really friendly. This was my second holiday at Littlecot and I hope to come again.
My wife and I stayed here for a 3 night short break in February. Very cosy cottage with everything required. Centrally located in Perranuthnoe literally 3 minute walk to the pub/restaurant and 5 minutes to the beach and coastal path. Great walks on the doorstep. Two cafés in the village as well as the Victoria Inn. We also eat at the Falmouth Packet in Rosudgeon which I heartily recommend.
Good service at booking and arrival. Sweet cottage for 2 in a lovely quiet village with a fantastic beach and excellent links to the coastal path.
We stayed in Littlecot for a week at the end of May and cannot rate this property highly enough. The cottage itself is lovely, it is really cosy and has everything you could need despite its small size! Beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. We especially enjoyed the little outdoor seating area which catches the morning sun.
Perranuthnoe is a brilliant place to stay and a great base to explore Cornwall from. The village itself has a lovely beach, two great cafes (which both do amazing cakes!) and a really good pub! Beautiful walks along the coast to St Michaels Mount and Prussia Cove. Already looking forward to our next visit.
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Thanks Jayne for making our last minute decision to stay at Little Cot so easy! Very comfy bed, powerful shower, well equipped small kitchen area and beautiful sunsets.... Perfect as a place to stay if you want a short stroll down to the beach or to cafés, craft shops and the local pub in the village. Good base for walking along the coastal paths to St Michael's Mount and only a short car ride to park at St Erth station to catch the train to St Ives. We did park outside the cottage, however, in summer you probably would need to unload your car and then park it at the cottage garage (a very short walk away). It was ideal for the two of us and we look forward to staying again.
