Well worth the money. Lots of music and tradition straw items to buy to help towards the Bahamas Humane Society.

On top of the hill overlooking the inner bay, nice view of the city, bay and Paridise Island. This is very interesting and a good price (5 usd) to tour. If you on a limited schedule you may want see if you can incorporate this into a tour of several Nassau sites.

Just after you pay to enter the fort, notice the engravings on the stone walls. Soldiers left their names and 'art' by carving into the stone. They range from the late 1700's to the 1800's.

But not sure if it's worth the extra money to "tour" the small fort. You can see pretty much the same view for free directly behind the fort. Lots of souvinier stands set up around the base of the fort, and it looked like more stalls were being constructed. This place was very busy when we arrived, and it was very difficult for the cabs to drive up the narrow street and turn around. Right next to the Queen's Staircase, and that's worth a look. This was probably the most interesting area on Nassau.
