Brian and Indigo were perfect and exactly what we needed. We never had any worry about safety, cleanliness or needing anything extra for our time in the suite, as it was all taken care of. Brian even went out of his way to show us some other suites, for our inevitable return to St. John.
At first we were going to stay in a condo walking distance to town. Was ready to book but did one more search for a rental just to make sure and Serendip came up. We had another couple that came with us so I let them decide between the two. Serendip won out due to its affordability and full kitchen. I loved staying here. It's only a five-minute drive to the restaurants of Cruz Bay.
Brian and his wife who manage the condos are amazing people who really made our trip even better. He gave a recommendation to go out to the East end to Hansen Bay and it was our favorite day of the trip. Another recommendation of his was Morgan's Mango for our last dinner, and it was really special. He will even take you out to the pier and fish if it's on his agenda for the day.
We stayed in Indigo. It's a studio but had a full kitchen. It has a nice view on the patio where we had breakfast. It was very clean and the AC worked really well.
Our friends were going to stay in Juliette, but there was something not right, so they stayed in Gecko, a one-bedroom. It had an even more amazing view than Indigo. When we come back with our daughters we will rent a one-bedroom unit. But just for my husband and myself, Indigo was perfect.
We hung out in the pool a bit one afternoon after the beach. It's a tiny pool, but nice to just hang out at. It has a grill, but we never used it. The grounds were beautiful and we'd watch the Bananaquits come by in the morning.
I cannot wait to come back here, and hoping to do so in June.
