We loved the condo and found it to have everything we needed to make for a wonderful stay. The unit is on the first floor so you can walk right onto the beach. There is a little beach bar close by and tons of restaurants and a grocery store just a short cab ride away in Red Hook. We can't wait to go back!

I wanted to cut them some slack because of the hurricane but after reading older reviews it appears the problems existed before that. We stayed here with 2 other couples and the rooms varied greatly. First off it’s not a hotel but condos. Floors 1 and 2 are studios, floor 3 has 2 floors with 2 bathrooms and balconies. We got the latter in the C building and it was huge but the furniture was very dated and wasn’t super clean. One of our friends got a 2nd floor studio in the A building that was again like ours as far as furniture but also had a bad smell. The other couple got a 3rd floor 2 story in the D building and it was incredible.... couldn’t believe the difference, they had granite counter tops and a bar on the balcony. All were the same price. I read in another review that as these are owned by different people some have been upgraded. Definitely something to ask about. If you can get ask for D304. The pool was nice but the bar next to it looks like it been abandoned for yrs. We thought it was because of the hurricane but early reviews say he same thing. There were some really obnoxious kids there under the age of 10 running unsupervised torturing the iguanas the day we were there. Found out their parents had just dropped them off there and went into town. There are plenty of security guys around and they would talk to the kids but as soon they left they went right back to trouble. Everyone was complaining about them. There is a bar near the A building, the atmosphere is fun but the drinks are way over priced. They also do hamburgers but close at 5pm. If you can get past all of this the views and the beach is spectacular. Waking up to it every morning made it worthwhile for us.

I was a bit concerned about the condition of the island and the resort, but no problems. Although there is still work to be completed at the resort and nearby Red Hook, it is minimal. We stayed in a beautiful two story condo on the beach. The rooms were spacious and very nicely organized/decorated. The view was outstanding. Beach and pool area were fantastic (a small amount of repair still needed in the pool area) I highly recommend this facility!

Great destination and beach! Staff is very welcoming and awesome. They have done their best repairing damage and very comfortable. Not a 4/5 star because we’ve stayed at the best resorts in the world but very good considering.

The only thing this resort has is a pool. There are no beach, no gym, no beach and the office staff are very rude and unhelpful. The water in your unit has to be treated before consumption, and the Zika virus is widespread all over the island.
