My daughters and I headed over the day we landed, was a fun way to start the trip and support the local community. People say go early, we advise to stay late as the dancing etc is a lot of fun! Nice selection of merchandise, not pushy like other islands we’ve been to. Go if you can, you’ll meet some great people.

Yes - the lines for each vendor are long, and yes - it is crowded. But it is also a fun experience with the band playing while you sample the local cuisine. We had coconut shrimp and jerk chicken tacos - amazing! I would recommend getting drinks and food from the same place - we got drinks first and then had to wait in another long line for food. Well worth a trip if you are in Provo on a Thursday!

This is a must for visitors to Turks and Caicos. Why?
The atmosphere, vibe, local energy is alive here.
Arrive early for nest parking, as it fills up quickly once the sun starts to set.
There are local stands with clothing, souvenirs of all kinds - even items made locally by islanders which is a plus for me
Stands for food and drink are manned by local restaurants, cooked to order
There are lines, but they move at a fair pace, and always worth it
Local fish, conch, LOADS OF LOBSTER at the absolute best prices hands down
Everyone, vendors and visitors mingle throughout the evening making this a memorable affair
Endless Rum Punch :)
Great Live Music
Even a mini parade!
DO NOT MISS!

Local vendors selling crafts and homemade food and local cocktails. Food was delicious. But the place was insanely crowded. Maybe because we travel during Easter week but you had to park almost a half a mile away to get in and walk to get there. The lines for everything once you got in there Were long. There was no where to sit what you bought your food. Just way too many people in a small space for a family of 5. We are glad that we went and got a sense of the island culture, crafts and food, and music.

When we realized that all it was, was a small parking lot with a bunch of vendors setting up trinket and t-shirt stalls, expensive food and drinks that we'd get for free on the resort anyway, we did a very quick walk through, and left. Walked for almost 2 hours to get back to the resort, as taxi rides are charged by the "per person" not per ride, so they are pretty expensive.
We hadn't stayed for the entertainment, so can't comment on it.
If you're not staying at an all inclusive and are looking for drinks, food, trinkets, t-shirts, and some entertainment - I'm sure it would be more for you than it was for us.
