The post-Hurricane Irma/Maria setting is beautiful... al fresco dining overlooking the gorgeous Chalk Sound. I enjoyed the delicious "Coconut Crusted Snapper Tacos", and my party of seven loved the two pitchers of Rum Punch. Service was friendly, although our waiter left the restaurant (which was odd) after dropping off the bill. After waiting 15 minutes for the server to return and process my credit card, I walked up to the bartender, and asked him politely to swipe the card and check us out. Other than the disappearing waiter, we had a delightful experience. The food and drinks were very good. FYI: 15% gratuity was included on bill.

We visited Las Brisas to kayak Chalk Sound. The view is stunning! We had our first taste of Conch and found it to be well seasoned and quite delicious! Adler, our waiter, was amazing. He answered so many questions we had after kayaking the sound. Wilner and Nello were great as well! We will return to Las Brisas on our next trip!

Lovely food we both had the snapper... yum! Servers were lovely and attentive. The food was served quickly. They include a 15% gratuity so pay attention to that. There were lots of mosquitos so pay attention to that too.
The complex is called neptune and has a nice complex with lots of water sports activities. A good spot for dinner however I was under the impression you could watch the sunset from here and you can't. But worth a trip. 2 meals and 2 Corona's was 100 bucks including tip.

Just got back from T&C. Let me just say, Las Brisas was my absolute favorite dining experience on the island. Without a doubt one of the most beautiful spots I've ever dined at. The wait staff was wonderful and friendly. And, the food was absolutely top shelf.

But, in addition to all that, these guys need and deserve as much business as they can get. The chalk sound side of the island got hammered, and they are still reeling from it's effects.

When we pulled up, we weren't even sure we were in the right place. As it turns out, the original restaurant was destroyed in the hurricane, but they've built a beautiful temporary dining area on a deck overlooking the sound that is spectacular. The kitchen was left more-or-less intact, so they can still crank out delicious food, but they waiters have to run it up the hill to the deck - which they do quickly so the food is still piping hot when it arrives at the tables.

We were there on Friday night, and they had a music teacher from the local school playing sax and flute who would improvise over various pre-recorded backing tracks, and he was fantastic.

These are great people, with a great restaurant, at a spectacular location. Please go there and give them your business and help them rebuilt their business. And, don't be dissuaded by the hurricane damage when you arrive. Just find the new deck and go enjoy!
