Really didn't expect to find a fine dining experience on this little island but here it is! This chef is so talented, the service is exemplary and the location wonderful. Arriving by water taxi starts the evening off then being presented with a lovely cocktail just as the sun is setting- wow! We all really enjoyed the food, our waiter was very knowledgeable about each course and the local ingredients used. The ceviche for me was the star of the show. Well done to the whole team at Open Deck - a memorable night.
