“A delightful cottage in an idyllic location”
Reviewed 13 August 2018 for a stay in August 2018

This is the 5th year we have stayed in or around Aberdaron and we think that this has been our favourite location so far. The cottage was amazingly well equipped, everything we needed in terms of cooking items etc was included, and there were plenty of mugs / glasses for our party of 7. The outside table & chairs were all positioned so as to make good use of the moving sun - and for the week we had, this was great. Beds were very comfy and the showers strong. The games room kept the children (and adults!) happy and entertained, and was a great idea.

But the position of Bryn Du was its best possible feature - very near the coastal path, we could walk straight out and onto it, whether for a quick trip up Anelog, a longer walk to check on the state of sandcastles at Whistling Sands beach, or a longer one still into Aberdaron for lunch. And amazing views from the kitchen and the patio.

A lovely cottage, in a beautiful location, and we would be very happy to come back to it again.

“Highly recommended!”

A fantastic holiday house set in a beautiful location. The house was fully equipped with amazing views from the kitchen and an awesome games room. Would recommend the walks from the house to both Whistling Sands beach and Aberdaron village. Communication from Jackie was great , we had no problems throughout the week, highly recommend staying here!

Returned for 3rd time and look forward to going back. We love this house no matter what the weather, everything is so comfortable and well presented. Something for everyone and plenty of space outside to enjoy the views and peacefulness.

“Exceeded all expectations - beautiful cottage in an idyllic location”
Reviewed 23 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

A superb luxury property that contains everything a family would ever need. With wonderful views across the Lynne Peninsula the enclosed large safe garden is only shared by the rabbits which brought much joy to the younger members of our party.

Our group spanned three generations and the house and garden layout allows everyone their own space but at the same time the living rooms are large enough to hold all comfortably. There is also a very handy games room should you get a wet day.

The grand kids asked "Is this your new house Nana and Popa" I answered " I wish"

If you are lucky enough to book make sure you sample the bakery in Aberdaron and the very nearby coastal path.

Great house hope to go again

“Fabulous cottage in a perfect coastal location”
Reviewed 26 April 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Just returned from a wonderful week. The cottage is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped and works really well for two families. The games room was a huge hit with our boys and kept them entertained and off gadgets all week! We loved sitting in the bright kitchen diner with its fantastic panoramic views.

The cottage is located on the coastal path and just a mile an a half away from the pretty Whistling Sands and its lovely cafe so lots of walks and runs available straight from the door. Loads of things to do in the area too - stunning, secluded beaches, the Ty Coch Inn at Port Dinllean, Abersoch and lots of activities in Snowdonia too. A great holiday, thank you!
