We stopped at the Still for lunch after the Gros Piton Mountain Climb/Hike.

We were completely dead after the grueling excursion.

Actually had no idea we were stopping here as our Nexus reps failed to inform us of the lunch and swim at the beach here.

The food was a nice little buffet. The chicken and mac n' cheese was delicious, good salad, and cake for dessert.

Great views of the ocean and Pitons.

I did not go in the ocean as stated above was pretty dead and the Nexus reps failed to inform of the possibility of a dip in the ocean so we weren't packing towels.

Other guests stated it was a bit rocky in the water and it dropped off a bit steep.

All in all, a nice spot for lunch. Cannot comment on prices though - as it was all included in the excursion.

We took a private tour with Shabee King, a local guide. We asked him to bring us to a local beach, then to eat in a place where locals would eat. He took us here and introduced us to the owner and staff. They lead us to the beach in front of the restaurant where we were able to enjoy the amazing views as we swam in the warm Caribbean ocean. A few local children started talking to our 9 year old, and before long, they were playing together.

Once done, we headed up to rinse off and sit for lunch. There is a huge covered outdoor area with sweeping views of the Caribbean and Pitons Drinks were great, food was authentic. Papaya pie was my favorite. Views were what postcards are made of!

Want a great local cuisine then I suggest going here. The food was great. The papaya pie was a hit. After trying this and their soup I went up for seconds. The staff are great and the view even better with it being right on the beach you get to enjoy your meal looking the the Piton Mountains which is a landmark on the island. Don't miss out. They also have rooms so if you want something private and are tired of the big box hotels this is the place.

This restaurant was part of our tour trip so we wouldn't have found this place without them. We were a bit confused on whether we helped ourselves or whether food was served to us, so after a few minutes wait we asked our guide who informed us that we would be informed by the owners what the procedure was. Thankfully we were among the first to arrive here so after the initial confusion we quickly got our lunch, there was a dessert too which we weren't expecting. The best part of this restaurant was the fantastic location by the beach with locals diving of the nearby cliffs.amazing to see.

We visited the Still Beach House for lunch and they had a buffet set up of local dishes including pig tail soup, local yam mash along with some other vegetable dishes. Quality of the food was very good and the service was a bit slower than we wanted but hey, it's the islands! The view is unbelievable of the Pitons and the beach front. Its a great place to go to let the world pass you by!
