Location, location, location. Minutes away from great restaurants shopping and beaches. The staff at the hotel is absolutely amazing. I will always stay at this particular hotel and for longer on my next opportunity to visit PR.

Employees seem to treat better the foreign guests instead of the locals. Very disappointing for me and my family. They didn't make us feel welcomed at all. The first time a Hilton Honors hotel treats us like that.

We stayed here the night before we took the NCL Gem cruise out of Puerto Rico... Hotel is very clean, has a great pool and is in a great location near supermarkets, drugstores and restaurants. We walked over to the Marriott casino for a while. They give out delicious hot cookies. We used Hilton points... great value check often they will lower prices as they come down

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights following a Windstar cruise and enjoyed our stay.

It was a bit confusing when we first arrived because they are doing construction in the lobby and don't have any signage that points to the registration desk. We wandered around a couple of corners and found it.

We were greeted with a friendly smile and warm cookies. The room we selected wasn't quite ready but we were a few hours early so they held our luggage while we went to find food. There are a few good options close by including pizza, Bebos restaurant around the corner, and a 24 hour grocery store across the street.

The room was nicely appointed and the bathroom was very modern. The shower/tub is really big and the overhead rain shower looked cool but it didn't really provide much water pressure.

The bed was much nicer than the ones on the ship but still a bit firm for us. Plenty of plugs throughout the room and a decent selection of tv channels.

We had breakfast at the hitel one morning but it was pretty pricey for what you get.

They have taxis on standby in front of the hotel always ready to take you to the airport or wherever. Getting to the airport was $17 + $1 per piece of luggage.

We try to stay at Hilton hotels when we can because they are very consistent with good service and amenities and this one was no exception. Definitely a good option if you are in the area.

This hotel was a price line selection and I felt we received a good value although they added on a resort fee. We were aware of this extra cost but since we didn't use the amenities to justify the resort fee feel a little put out but would return to this hotel, again. The staff were friendly, professional and responsive. I knew that they wanted to make sure we had a pleasant stay. There's a great Belgium chocolate shop in the lobby and a pizza place on their campus that was unique and good. They are several blocks from the beach but provide a shuttle to the beach and towels. We did not time to do that activity. This is a typical Double Tree but on the top tier. It was a $20.00 cab cost from the Pan American cruise pier.
