We were no hotel guests but came to dinner at the perch. If you have the option to choose dining at the perch, you should do it. Nobody is there except candle lights, great food and an even better view over the ocean and the jungle. Chef Joe is cooking authentic Jamaican food with a daily menu. He just uses regional products. Make sure to be there in time for sunset and take a drink before dinner, it's amazing to stand on the balcony and watch the sun going down behind the mountains. Orlando, our waiter, was very courteous.
