Covered a lot of miles, pick up from the marina, drive to St George, along the coast, and interior to plantation farming area, rain forest, and Annabelle waterfalls. Vehicle was clean and air conditioned. For $20 US, great value!

We happened upon CB historical tours when we got off the ship in Grenada. We were a group of 20 people and had made no specific plans for the day and were looking for a tour of the island. We were lucky enough to meet Clement Baptiste and he had two vans to accommodate our group. The vans were comfortable and air conditioned. As we toured the island and had highlights pointed out, I was lucky enough to be in the van with Clemente, who has a wealth of information about the history of Grenada. He was in the military during the uprising in Grenada in 1983 and had very exciting stories to tell us as we traveled. The second van said they enjoyed the tour, but their guide was not as exciting. If you want a tour of the island, I highly suggest using CB Tours and request Clemente as your guide.

Our group of 4 booked a private tour with CB for our day in Grenada. We had specifically chosen CB based on his perspective on the history of Grenada. After emailing him back and forth, prior to our trip, we were assured that he would provide a tour for our group. CB met us at the port at the designated time and informed us that he had another tour for the day, and that we would have a different driver. We felt like we were given a "bait and switch."

We were introduced to our driver Francis and we decided to proceed with the tour with Francis. He was a friendly, charming, polite, and fun tour guide. He took use everywhere we wanted to go plus some extra stops. We toured the rain forest, nutmeg processing plant (very interesting), and stopped at Concord Waterfall. Francis took us to a very local restaurant for lunch which was near his home. Not a tourist anywhere in sight. After lunch, we went to the rum distillery and took a tour. We had a great day with Francis.

Now, in hindsight we were delighted we toured with Francis. When we returned to port, CB was right there again, and made sure we paid him for the tour. We made sure the tips went directly to Francis. We were disappointed in how CB handled our reservation and the whole situation.

The tour was excellent thanks to Francis, but I'm only giving CB an average rating for the way he handled it.

So, if you want CB for your guide, good luck with that!

Our Group of six, including two children, enjoyed a relaxing and perfectly paced day with Mr. Baptiste as our guide. His first person account of the revolution and invasion were most interesting. We visited the Gouyave Nutmeg Processing Station and had a very good guided tour. Moving on, Mr. Clement Baptiste pointed out various towns and related stories accordingly. Lunch was relaxing at Petite Anse with a great view. We stopped at the abandoned Pearls Airport - a great photo opportunity of old Russain-built Cuban airplanes. We visited River Antoine Rum Distillery for a good look at an old world rum making. We meandered through a beautiful rain forest drive and visited Annandale Falls. The day was rich and full. Do you know what JCB homes are? Ask Mr. Baptiste. He is a knowledgeable and affable guide.

This was a fun & informative adventure ! While visiting the Nutmeg Plantation we were we allowed to walk through the workings & were given information about the Spices raised on Granada. The waterfall visit was nice even though the falls were not very high. The grounds surrounding was beautiful. This was a great way to get the feel of this lush island.
