We just came back from the vacation and I would like to thank Anthony, our butler! He was so enthusiastic to help us and very dedicated butler who was in charge of us. He was always available to help us and be there always even we do not need to ask!
Other workers at the resort was also very dedicated and made us feel at home. Jose at pool area helped us very much and that is another reason for us to feel like home. Mr. Wonderful was at pool and helped us everyday also.
Food was gorgeous, even the buffet area! We ate lobsters everyday after the dinner at restaurant! Fuego was our favorite one and all family enjoyed the food. My son enjoyed the pool side grill near GABI restaurant. The burger was very good, and the chef at the restaurant was very nice as well.

We would like to go back the resort to meet these stuff members.

This was the second time staying at the Reserve. We enjoyed it the first time and was totally satisfied on the second stay. We had a room on the third floor. It was a struggle on some days to walk up 3 flights of stairs. We got used to it, but elevators would have been nice at our ages. We noticed on our last day that the hotel was installing new lounge chairs at the pool that could be moved, which will be nice for future stays.

The hotel, pool and resort was very clean. The wait staff was very nice and were right there to constantly refresh our drinks. The entertainment staff was great. Planco Dark Chocalate, Maria, and Happy Boy made our time there awesome.

We had a great time. The reserve was excellent, the best service, great staff, friendly and courteous. Rooms are beautiful. Zenovia and Gabriel were the most professional and wonderful people. Very helpful and accommodating. Made our stay wonderful.

What made me write this honest review is really the quality of staff. As mentioned repeatedly in many reviews, the staff here were so unfriendly and not attentive. Making dinner reservation was the worst part. Only one person I met was nice. Really.

Having been to many luxury all inclusives, this resort is far from a 5 star. The only reason I'm giving a 2, instead of a 1 would be their quality of food. The buffet at the main hotel is really nice. Everything was really good! The buffet at the Reserve is a joke.. it's like a mini snack bar compared to the buffet at the main lobby. The only good part of it was unlimited grilled lobster. On the first day, one staff at the lobby told me that this was the only buffet at the hotel. Really? We didn't know there was another one until the next day.

WORST part, the kids club. Not sure what the raving reviews are for. Maybe for older kids? But parents, when you visit the baby room with mats, you will see what I mean. If you have young children like we do, you will want a clean, sanitized space for them to play and crawl. This place was really filthy. They may tell you that this place is cleaned and sanitized, but you can immediately tell that it's not true by just looking at its floor. Your feet will turn dark from the dirty floor. The space itself even smells disgusting, like rubber. Their toys are also dirty and VERY limited. Ugh... it was the worst. I also didn't feel like staff were friendly with children left at the kids club. Their children pool area was nice though. Except no one really used the slides as they looked quite dangerous falling off to a shallow pool.

We are now at Nickelodeon and so glad we made this change. I was actually more excited about the Reserve than Nickelodeon but gosh, what a difference! If you are looking to spend quality time with your young children, and in a nice clean space, really think again. I should have taken photos but there were beer bottles and trash in our garden which led to the swim up area. This hotel really needs better staff training and renovations of the room, as well as attention to details! Just being honest to be helpful.

We are astonished to hear your comments regarding the attitude of the members of our team, as they are known for being friendly and helpful always. Nevertheless, we will discuss your comments with our staff, in order to ensure their proffesionality and courteous attitude.

I am sorry if you did not appreciated our kids zone. Please, be certain one of our priorities is to ensure a safe environment for our guests and, for that matter, we do sanitize and clean thoroughly the kids zone area. Moreover, we have an standard procedure of toys sanitation in order to prevent this facility and children from contracting any microbiological virus.

I apologize again for not meeting all your expectations and would like to assure you that your remarks will be shared with our management.

I really hope you give us another opportunity to change your perception of our hotel and offer you an outstanding experience.
