My wife had a lamb rack and I had a tenderloin, both perfectly cooked to our taste. Very good cocktails

In a word, dinner was a disappointment. The food was fine - no better than that, fine. The service was abysmal. Several tables had people who were waving their arms trying to get the indifferent waiters to pay attention.

Dinner took over two hours, in a restaurant with only 4 or 5 tables in use! Luckily we got seated by the bartender, who gave us menus, and asked us if we would like a drink. He promptly brought them. That was the last prompt thing that happened all night.

We had finished looking at the menu in about 4 minutes - it's not long. We piled them beside us. Then pushed them further away... The waitress finally appeared to take our order twenty five minutes later!

We stated with an order of albondigas, a small serving of meatballs. They took about thirty minutes to arrive. The sauce was tasty, but the meatballs were not. They came in a small cup, more suitable for serving salsa, with no bread to dip in the nice sauce.

I had the tenderloin, medium well, with grilled vegetables. It took just under an hour AFTER the appetizer arrived, to get the main course. The vegetables were a complete miss - if you decide to go, do not order the veggies. The steak was rare, very very rare. It was impossible to get a waitress to fix the problem.

It is standard practice to have to ask for the bill, but after we'd finished dinner, we waited at least 20 more minutes for any waitress to come by! Basically I stood up and waved until she came running over and asked how everything was... A bit late to ask right? When you pay $31 USD for a steak, the least you could do is come back and see if you cooked it to my liking!

Not impressed with this restaurant at all. We live on the island, and we will not come back here, and we will not recommend it to anyone.

So why did my steak take 90 minutes to arrive when they only cooked it for two minutes? Worst ribeye I've ever had - chewy, fatty undercooked. The grilled corn, obviously previously frozen, was mushy and bland. I realize everything is imported, but why serve such poor quality food at all? Restaurant was nearly empty but service took FOREVER. Staff was friendly, but obviously working on island time... especially the kitchen. To be fair, the Pincho Tenderloin was not bad and the two sauces that come with all steaks were good. The view from the outdoor terrace was nice, too bad the service and food spoiled the experience.

Had dinner there twice and both times had a very sold steak dinner. Its not super fancy but I was able to get a very good steak meal, wine and dessert for a reasonable price. Also walking distance to the Hilton.
