While the staff was limited, the people who were there were very nice and quite helpful in getting us set up with tours. The resort is on the beach and convenient to Hamilton and St. Georges. Our only complaint is that considerable maintenance has been deferred. The place is clean but it needs some attention. For example, the curtains were frayed, the railings to the beach needed repair (although safe), and half the lights were out on the steps up from the beach. I view these items as minor but annoying; they were only a small hinderance and did not prevent us from having a very enjoyable vacation. Also, the food was good at Coco; we ate breakfast lunch, and dinner at least once there.

This was our third time in Bermuda but second time staying at Coco Reef. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the private beach is like having your own piece of heaven on earth. My only criticism would be that there are parts of the resort that need some up keeping ie. beach umbrellas, and some paint here and there.

Room tip: Try to get a room in Bluidings 3 or 4, 1 and 2 are closer to the beach but a trek to the main lobby.

This is a resort for people who like to just be left alone as there are few staff and you will rarely interact with anyone who works there. Honestly, I dont mind this but some of the reviews seemed to think this was a full fledged resort. I had alot of fun here and the breakfast is very good. I would definitely recommend.

Nice beach, but the hotel lacks staff and facilities. You are handed old beach towels at check in, and that summarizes the experience: you are on your own. No staff to assist at the beach, no activities and no equipment, not even a snorkel mask. The hotel rooms are functional and ugly. Old tub bathrooms and Days Inn decor. The owner apparently put money into the lobby, which is spectacularly hideous and non-Bermudian. Breakfast up to Radisson standards.

Great beach , decent value for location , clean place but needs updating and some "pizazz"
Staff/Management insisted they had no rooms available , I went online and booked a room off of bookit.com . They said oh wow that was our last one.. Later i tested it and was able to book 4 rooms available ... Wth.
