Table side guacamole a must try! Beef burrito was a good choice. Wait staff friendly. Great ambiance. Worth the visit.

We ate here and enjoyed it. Loved the black swans. Food was good, and we eat Mexican food in Texas a lot.

We were disappointed in the choices and not too tasty food here for the price. Server was a little cocky and not one of our favorites. There are many other great restaurants across the street, but this one has good atmosphere and of course, very convenient if you are staying at the Hyatt.

The Hyatt restaurants kind of blend together in sort of an open atmosphere setting. The center bar area had a singer. We sat just inside Mexicado, but could still see and hear the music clearly. Shortly after we were seated, some guy shows up with some kind of box drums that you sit on to play. He proceeds to start demonstrating at the end of the indoor bar area to several other employees that were now completely ignoring us. Plus the extra noise conflicted with the main music. After 10 minutes or so without service, a manager walked by and asked us how we were doing. "Hungry", I said. "Is anyone working here?" He obviously knew I was upset and took our order himself. I expect better from a Hyatt resort.

This restaurant is quite nice, the food is quite average and comes in medium portions. Not overly expensive, except for the guacamole. But one thing we were quite disappointed about was that there were no churros! Other than that, I would highly recommend the chicken quesadilla.
