Stay on weekend with my sons for short skip from reality of life. This property is chosen by my wife cause of the kid pool, kids club, direct beach access and the last one is the price :). Check in process is fine and some regulation mention on the form. All the rule is still acceptable such us no Durian, No Pets, No Smoking in the room which is very good for family traveller. Escort by one of the man in receptionist and explaining about all the facilities. A lot of thing you can do around and also there is shuttle service for free to one of the shopping centre (Bali Collection). Room is good and we select interconnecting room in front of the kid pool which is really super great, my son can straight jump in the pool while Me & wife can jump in on the main pool next to it. The hotel is new (less than 1 years). Young lady in the kids club is very attention while both of my children there while I can enjoy the gym on 6th floor with little bit sea view and also pool on the roof top after gym while my wife enjoining the Spa. A lot of in-house promotion for meal & beverages so we are not worried :). End up with sand and see activities since this property is direct to the beach. The beach is clean, white sand and you can swim on it. Evening atmosphere is quite good with lighting effect and also you can see the star (lighting effect) on the top of the wall in the main pool, quite unique :). Early woke up in the morning to see the sunrise beautiful GOD gift to enjoy :). Overall we do not have any issue and definitely will be back and recommended :).

Room Tip: Chose the room near by kid pool if you are travelling with Family

Pro
Good AC
Clean room
Well maintained pool

Cons
We stayed during nyepi (silence day). It was a special occasion. However, it was not something unexpected and the hotel should have better prepared. So here it goes:

The breakfast was atrocious! Constantly running out of food, water, coffee, cups and even cutleries.
They do not have a live egg station but need to order from the waitress. She never asked where we sit and we need to wait 30 minutes for it. Unacceptable!

There was no housekeeping service during our stay.

The sink in our bathroom was clogged and it takes a long time to drain.

The most irritating of them all was the fact that their kids club was under renovation and they did not inform this on their website! One of the main reason we choose to stay there was due to the kids club. They did have a substitute room above the reception but it has no air-conditioning. It was really hot and was clearly overwhelmed by the number of kids using it. I saw the original kids club area and it is about four times the size.

Such a horrible experience. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are too many other alternatives in Benoa area.

Loved our stay at Tijili Benoa Hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive & made our stay very enjoyable. Room was cleaned and serviced everyday with complimentary water bottles topped up daily. There are Warung Bamboo in front of the beach (recommended for the dinner), Watersport, Kakatua Restaurant, Free Wi-Fi and amazing Kids Club. They also have a main pool in the middle of the building and a beautiful roof top pool near a gym room. Very suitable for family holidays and we recommend it as one of the best beachfront hotels in Nusa Dua.

We’ve just returned from a 6-night all-inclusive package to the Tijili resort in Benoa, Bali. In addition to all meals and drinks (including selected cocktails, house wine and beer), the package also included return airport transfers. The airport pick up was smooth while the transfer to the hotel took longer than usual due to roadworks. This resort seems to be a local chain, there is a Seminyak Tijili also on Bali and the hotel is small and boutique as opposed to larger international chains. Not being 5-star, you have different expectations around the key experiences and the consistency of service and this was definitely our experience at the Tijili. Aside from room number, we were not given any additional information at check in (such as location and offers at the Spa, that there is a second rooftop pool and fitness centre, where breakfast is served etc) and there is no in-room resort information that would normally be provided where this information can be found. Even though the daily servicing of the room was efficient and professional, for our entire stay, two cigarette butts were lying outside the main lift doors on our floor and not picked up, and room service leftovers were in the corridor for 24-hours before being picked up. Again, these are not major issues, but they can demonstrate the difference between experiences. The hotel offers two restaurants and the standard of service provided is markedly different between each. On our first night, we arrived to eat at Kakatua Restaurant in the main hotel building. The restaurant was empty and shortly after taking our seats we were provided the all-inclusive menu, which is different to the alacarte We later found out that the same menu is offered at the beachfront Bamboo bar/restaurant. One of the highlights of travelling to Asia is the culinary experience of tasting new and traditional foods that you cannot experience at home. So it was very disappointing to see that the all-inclusive package menu only featured 4 Indonesian dishes. The rest ranged from cordon bleu to pasta and burgers. With the same menu for lunch and dinner, it quickly become repetitive and tired. Service in Kakatua was slow and despite being empty on our first night, we had to walk up to the staff to request drinks and to order, despite table service being provided. The cocktails we ordered tasted like they had little if any alcohol in them. The house wine provided in the package was a local Indonesian white blend that was similar to a Sauvignon Blanc. Breakfast is served in both restaurants, but we were always directed to the Bamboo – it was never explained why, but perhaps because of the all-inclusive package. The breakfast also was disappointing, largely because of the lack of Indonesian dishes, aside from steamed rice, and a chicken breakfast rice, which was offered on one morning. We discovered that there is an egg station (no-one explained that to us on our first morning) and the staff provided excellent fresh to order coffee. As with most visits to Asia, there is the occasional language barrier with the staff, but they were always courteous and obliging. The resort offers a seafood BBQ buffet, which we joined one night by paying 100,000 Ind Rupia each. We decided to do that based on the list of food on the promotional billboard, most of which was not present in either the warmers, or on the BBQ ingredients, which was disappointing. One final note – the house wine offered in the package ran out after the first day due to a supplier issue. When I asked the staff at lunch on our second day whether I could instead have one of the other white wines offered on the alacarte menu (which were listed as the same price as the house), the request was declined. On our second last day when I asked again for a house white with lunch, the restaurant manager, Suki, kindly offered an alternative as the supply still had not been replenished. The supply had still not been sorted by the day we left, so 1 out of 6 nights of the package, the house wine was not available – a key benefit of the all-inclusive package. The hotel manager, Patrick, chatted to us on our final night and was genuine in his desire for feedback and when made aware of the house wine issue, he immediately checked on the problem, provided an update and offered us a complimentary bottle of wine. I’m sure had I raised the issue earlier in the trip, he would have also found a solution. This was a kind gesture and much appreciated. A special mention of Mudiana and Arini, two of the staff in the Bamboo, who were lovely, friendly, and both made excellent cocktails. Suki also was very professional, courteous, friendly and greeted everyone with a warm smile. The hotel is located on a main and busy road which leads down to Benoa Harbour and is surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores – handy for water etc. The resort rooms had very comfortable beds, clean and modern bathrooms and excellent air-conditioning. The TVs come with multiple satellite channels. For those with kids, the Kids Club seemed like fun and there is endless opportunities for water based adventure right on the beach. The hotel pools were also good and the fitness centre was small, but had one of everything to keep you busy. The package was excellent value for money and I’m sure with Patrick in charge of the team, some of the consistency issues we experienced (the staff were noticeably more attentive and efficient when he was present or nearby) and the attention to detail will sort themselves ou

Actually this hotel was awsome, exept the water heater not working properly.
This hotel was new hotel the facility was the best. Modern, artistic and fun mostly for kids. They have own beach and a cozy lounge for sun bathing. Over all perfect.
And my father can do fishing activity by rent a boat to local people.

The critical only the water heater on the bathroom.
