The hotel is what to be expected in Greece, not very special, but it has everything you need. Do mind that it does look quite a bit bigger on the pictures than in real life. The shower has a shower curtain that is just too short for the shower, so the whole bathroom will turn into a big water ballet if you don't take care.
We had the family room, which was a very nice and cosy solution for us and our daughter. There is one entrance, and then two rooms off the little hallway (and one shower). We had two big balconies, that we often used.
The room service is excellent! You have exactly the same menu as the restaurant Central which is underneath the hotel, and the prices are the same as well.
Breakfast was ok, escpecially the Greek yoghurt.
Staff is super friendly and helpful.
The lift was extremely tiny, it will only fit one person and one suitcase!
Of course, the location can't be beaten.
I would surely stay here again if I come back to Greece.

Room Tip: Don't go for a room in the back, the view is not so great.

Rooms were clean and good enough for the price you're paying. The airco is working good and the safe was for free. The shower was a little bit to small but further it was oke.The breakfast is not so spectaculair so it is better to take a breakfast at one of the local restaurants near by the hotel. The elevators were also to small , just for one person with one suitcase, imagine if you are with 6 people on the fifth floor ;) ? Overall a good accomodation for (again) the price you're paying.

Stayed 1 night in a family room. As Greek standards go, it's ok. Right in the town overlooking the square, you get a good view from the sea facing balconies. The bathroom/shower isn't up to UK standard but no issues for a short stay. Air con worked well. There is some noise from below and the square as you would expect so if you are a light sleeper this isn't for you! Sat tv doesn't have many channels. The breakfast is ok - a mix of toast/pastries/eggs etc. Get's a "just ok" from me.

I stayed with some of my friends at this place last July. It is a nice place to stay, it doesnt have pool, but it is good. The price was fantastic, the provide breakfast and the rooms are modern and clean. The location is fantastic, walking distance from the beach and the main shopping/restaurants area. Really enjoyed my stay, they have family rooms that are really good when travelling with a bunch of ppl.

Highly recommended, it is modern, affordable and the breakfast is nice. The staff is friendly as well, really good!

Room Tip: No pool, ask how to use the aircon...we had some trouble!

This is a good hotel if you wanna stay in the center of Zakynthos town, since everything is at walking distance. The staff is very kind and always willing to help. The rooms were OK, just the shower wasn't so comfortable, it was very tiny and old.
