Good sized room with desk and single lounge chair. We were on the 15th floor so had a great outlook. Really good speed wifi and lots of power points throughout the room. Located close to the train station & restaurants. Stylish reception area & bar. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

This is a well situated very large hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The let down for us was breakfast in Momiji. It's a set breakfast but all the food in brought out at the same time, so everything is pretty much cold by the time you get around to eating it all. This process also makes for a very crowded table. The other disappointment was the chocolate bar. It tries to be a little upmarket but there is no atmosphere and, while the chocolates ate very tasty (and not cheap), the coffee is served in takeaway cups.

Like a Connery Bond move, the high tech is hidden behind art deco, and for the most part this works. The staff work really hard to accomodate, and the infrastructure is there to support them. So while their might be more flashy, prestigious hotels, this one is definitely comfortable and classy. The pond and garden inside the grounds are a nice touch, as are the flowered walkways between the hotel buildings.
Breakfast was fresh, and amazing. so much so that I often did not feel the need for lunch. There was a very wide and capable selection of breakfast options, too many to do justice to to be fair. but the fresh fruit selection in general and the Pear and Pineapple in particular was on point. I would definitely reccommend this hotel

Room Tip: All The Rooms are good.

This hotel located near to Shinagawa stations only 10 minute walk, this stations connected with JR Yamanote line so its easy to go to other area in Tokyo if we stay here.

the front office staff are very helpful and the concierge also provide the extra box to wrap up our luggage with reasonable price.

The room also quite large for Japan standard.

overall this a good hotel

Room Tip: please ask for room on 15 floor up.

We stayed here for one night after a business meeting in Tokyo. Our reservation was for 'The Club Floor Stay'. This stay plan includes, obviously, a room on the so-called 'Club Floor' and use of the Club Lounge.

Arrival and check in: There is a shuttle bus from Shinagawa station. You can walk it easily but it is up hill and mid-summer with a suit case you might as well jump on the bus that seems to be about every twenty minutes. As we were staying on the Club Floor, we could check in there. All very smooth and efficient.

Service: This is very much a Japanese hotel. Of course, foreigners do stay here but the service and attitudes are completely Japanese. What does this mean? Well, it means that the service is excellent, extremely polite, attentive and efficient. But all the usual Japanese sensibilities are present. I have no opinion on the matter other than to note, for example, the signs at baths and pool saying "People with tattoos are not allowed to use these facilities. If we find even one tattoo, no mater how small (whatever the age), you will be asked to leave immediately". Which I found a little comical as it conjured up images of a team of people hunting high and low on guests for even one tattoo, no matter how small. I have no idea of the relevance of the age (of tattoo or guest, I am not sure).

Room: We were on the fifteenth floor, room 3554. Wonderful view out over Tokyo. By day and by night. But it would have been a lot better if they did not have solid panels for the balcony rail. So, great view when standing up but nothing to see when sat down. The room was well appointed with a big king bed. Very comfortable.

Pool: Two shallow pools, the Diamond Pool and the Sky something. I don't think that either of them was more than 1.2 metres deep, but it was pleasant enough to splash around and relax on the loungers. The Diamond pool shuts at, um 18:00, I think, but the Sky pool is open until later and the lights come on in the evening, when youngsters under sixteen years of age are not allowed.

Club Lounge: This alone would not justify the price of the package. It is bright, yes, with a view to the opposite side of our room (i.e. not a view of the Tokyo Tower), but it is not particularly spacious. Free drinks and nibbles and that in the evening includes alcohol. People on the Club Stay plan have breakfast here.

Breakfast: I don't know what breakfast is available downstairs but in the Club Lounge, this was probably the lowest level of the overall stay. A two-star breakfast at most. I've had better in a standard business hotel. And it is a cramped affair with care being needed to stop plates overflowing off of the little table.

Other facilities: We enjoyed using the bath in the Sakura Prince Tower ("No tattoo, no matter how small"), which was available as part of our stay plan. The bath was not particularly hot but there is a wet and dry sauna, if that is your thing. The Japanese garden is really lovely. The bell there is from the seventeenth century and the koi pond, shrubs and bridges contribute to a really delightful setting.

Room Tip: High floor with view over the Tokyo skyline. Not sure if they all have a view toward Tokyo Tower, but that is the view to go for.
