We stayed on the premium floor and in a junior suite as there were 3 of us. Room is spacious and nicely decorated with good colour scheme. Windows are closed and opened by controlling with buttons at the head of the bed, same for lights. There is an area near the main door where we can park our luggages and hang our clothes plus a full length mirror. Bathroom is equipped with a good sized bathtub and adjacent is the shower. I especially like the control for shower heads, the off and on buttons, only knob is the one for temperature control Complimentary sets of bathroom necessities are aplenty, always well replenished day after day. The toiletries brand Mikimoto cosmetics is not bad but the body lotion is too liquid not really to my liking. The toilet is in a separate area and really is a proper toilet in itself with bidet and a tiny sink. Also like the Toto washlet with control buttons to enable flushing, cleansing and opening/closing of the toilet seat plus cover. Bed and pillow firmness are just right and beds face the window, which means we can look outside at the city from 28th level. Able to see the Ferris wheel from the room. There are 2 TV sets, one in the sleeping area and the other in the sitting area. We all love the Bose SoundLink Bluetooth speaker in the room and ended up buying one from BIC camera;).
As One Harmony members, we were allowed to eat breakfast at 3 different restaurants which serve Japanese, intercontinental food. We kept going back for the Japanese breakfast because of the yummy tempura. But if we went late only the veggies tempura were left.;( Our welcome drinks became farewell drinks as we had the drinks on the last day of our stay. Had dinner at the basement of the hotel on a few nights and enjoyed them thoroughly.
On the day of our check-in, we were advised to book limousine bus tickets to the airport on the day of our departure, which we did.
We are already thinking of staying here again the next time we visit Osaka. Can't wait!
