I was in Kobe for a business trip and I stayed in this hotel for a night. The hotel is located near Seishinchou station. Seishinchou station is about 30 mins away by subway from Sannomiya. The hotel is elegant as it is. the staff were nice and kind.
Around the hotel, the restaurants, convenient stores and some other shops were at very close proximity. The room was very spacious and well organized. the bedroom was separated from the main door so you don't have to worry about noise. The food was great. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food choices. I had a great stay in this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. thumbs up.

Great location, clean rooms, Wi-Fi is working well. If you are using a Japan Rail Pass, the train line here is not part of it. I loved the suburban feel with families strolling around the huge square in front of the hotel. I loved the shops around it. I highly recommend it if you need a base away from the hussle and bussle, but with the mod coms.

Stayed at the Seishin Oriental for just the one night.

The location is at the end of the train line and is adjoined to a shopping complex.

As I did not use any other service within the hotel, except for the room, I can only comment that they are considerably larger than the norm within Japan. And the price for this extra space seemed more than fair.

No issues experienced with check-in / out or communication.

stayed here for 4 nights , 7 11 store just over the road , rooms quite big for a Japanese hotel .
one drawback no Wi-Fi in the bedrooms internet is via Ethernet cable , some laptops don't have this function so it could be a problem .
had Kobe steak in the upstairs restaurant very tasty indeed but watch out V expensive
had the buffet another night go for the buffet and as much beer as you can drink in a 2 hour period great value foe money
an in all a good hotel
